My new go-to meet up spot and personal favorite coffee shop in all of NWA…. The design and layout is both beautiful aesthetically and functionally practical. There is never a shortage of places to sit. The drinks are excellent – please keep the Tiramisu latte on the menu forever! I’ve also enjoyed a breakfast sandwich and orange roll and recommend sharing these with a friend, as the portions are large and, in the case of the orange roll, very rich, but perfectly indulgent. Grateful for Onyx investing in downtown Springdale with this impeccable newest location. They’ve nailed form and function, and it’s a delight to experience.

We stopped here after dinner at Gaskins to get some coffee and ice cream. The staff were really helpful and friendly. I am not able to have dairy, so they let me know which of the baked goods were still available (this was at 7pm) and were really nice to chat with. The ice cream was so good for all of the kids and the coffee absolutely top notch (as usual). They have a spacious layout with indoor and outdoor seating, and different set ups good for groups or people out having a coffee and working on a laptop. I am a big fan of Onyx, and this location did not disappoint

Chocolate Bar Downstairs Review: we were fortunate enough to talk with the chocolatier who was currently making up a batch. He was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all our questions and gave us plenty of delicious samples. They have a wide array of chocolate options all of which were great. Overall this was a wonderful place for a date.

We had a fantastic experience at Onyx Coffee Lab. My Kenya pour-over was excellent, my wife loved her Hail Fellow Well Met, and the atmosphere was both welcoming and kid-friendly, thanks to the outdoor seating and turf area.
The main floor offers great seating options, and we appreciated the quiet study room upstairs and the unique chocolate-making area on the lower floor. Everything at Onyx is high quality, and we will definitely be returning.

onyx is always a classic in NWA. this location is new so it’s a little less busy than the others! delicious drinks and looks like they now have some pretty variations of cinnamon rolls such as ube, orange, etc. a tasty addition to the pastry selection☺️

I’m not really sure why the reviews are slightly mixed. This location is superb, right on the greenway, and has a really lovely interior. There is ample seating inside and outside, good for studying, reading, chatting, everything. You have your normal Onyx coffee products (which, like all Onyx products, are delicious). I sat outside and there were tons of people in and out, riding the bike on the greenway, etc. The main street of Springdale isn’t too loud at all, so sitting outside is super pleasant! And of course, all the baristas are very nice, professional, and happy to talk! 11/10 recommended.

Best orange roll I’ve had in my LIFE! Seasonal coffee menu was so good too, I got a 1/2 sweet iced honey butter pumpkin latte with almond milk. Atmosphere is perfect for a chat or getting some work done on the computer.

i’m sorry but $15 for this tiny sandwich is absurd. it was good but way over priced. it also took a while when there were only a few people ahead of us in line while there were quite a few workers. you’re basically just paying for the aesthetics

Incredible atmosphere! So many cozy spots to sit! The upstairs has little office spots where you can sit and work. Be sure to checkout the chocolate lab in the basement.

There is a lot to love about onyx coffee and the place in general. The place is super pretty and interesting. Coffee is nice and so is the environment. The only thing I don’t like about the place that much is how loud the music is, because I have to talk a little louder than usual to speak to the person next to me.
Aside from that, this place is incredible. And I will continue to go as long as it is open.
