Nestled in a cool food truck lot. We got the lengua torta and it was delicious! The bread was soft, filled with plenty of meat and veggies. They have sauces ranging from mild to hot on the side you can grab to your liking. The pickled onion was perfect, tangy and had a little kick to it. We also tried the quesabirria tacos with consommé and it was also delicious. Portions were good for the price.

The lady was very friendly but the food was not good. I just wanted to give it a try. I ordered one Soft tacos Mar y Tierra ( shrimp and steak) and one barbacoa and they both were disappointing. The steak was so tough and the shrimp was tasteless. The barbacoa meat was overcooked. Sadly don’t recommended it, the food court area has tables and the area is convenient with plenty parking.

This food truck had delicious shrimp tacos with the best corn tortillas, two with chips was very filling! Solid gluten free option (there is cross contamination during cooking if you’re celiac just fyi), and friendly service. Their quesadillas looked delish too.
