It had been months since I’ve been to this location and the last time I went here it was honestly pretty good and how I usually expect my sub to taste when I go to firehouse, but I had a to go order this time and I picked it up shortly after the time it was supposed to ready, but when I got home, I was greeted with a lukewarm almost cold, barely toasted mushy hook and ladder caked in so much mayo that I couldn’t even pick up the sandwich to eat it without literally having my hands covered in sauce. One of the worst subs I’ve ever had in my life, I’ve been to Subways that have made a better sub than the one I received today. Very disappointing given that they had plenty of time to make the sandwich before I got there to pick it up. First bad experience at a firehouse and unfortunately, based on these recent reviews, it seems this one is going downhill very fast in quality control and service.

I always come to this location but tonight I was disappointed. I got the Jamaican jerk it sandwich it tasted nothing like what I’m use too. I also ordered other orders which I stated no onions and of course it was loaded with onions no cheese I asked for it to be toasted and I got it un toasted and soggy before I reached home. The blonde hair female employee w/ the gap was rude and unprofessional and after the second experience I wanted to mention it.

I am a doordash driver. I went into this location to pick up an order a young man greeted me and I told him who’s order i was there to pick up and he said it would be a minute. I waited over 10 minutes finally the manager came over and said who are you waiting for and I told him. The manager grabs the bag and hands it to me. It was ready the whole time and I was lied to for what reason?? Why did I wait 10 minutes?? I have no idea. I do not recommend this location.

I don’t know why my husband went to this location. They take forever to fix the food. We have waited on other occasions 20 to 25 minutes. I would not recommend this place if you are in a hurry. They’re always short-handed on staff. Maybe they should pay more so people will show up for work

Cashier took our order and then walked out. Apparently she had been stealing money. The manager on duty was talking up a storm. “I KNEW she was stealing, I KNEW it was her. She walked out because she knows I’m right” blah blah blaaah blah blah, on and on. We dined in and were the only people there. It was very awkward and uncomfortable. Food was good. This was between 2 and 3pm.

When you say “only” numerous times so you don’t get lettuce, tomato, onion, mayonnaise or sometimes mustard, and it’s even repeated back to you, and yet somehow that’s all you get… 2 stars because this “only” happens about 1 out of every 4 visits. I’ve tried “plain” before when ordering the club, only to get shorted the bacon, sometimes the cheese as well. I’ve even tried listing the items above as “no x,y,z” to be corrected that I really “only” want other toppings. If there is a secret way to “only” get certain toppings, I have yet to find it. Otherwise it’s a really good sub.

I have been eating here roughly once a month for a few years now. Their sandwiches are always top notch and accurate. I have only had one mix-up where I received the wrong order, but they offered me a free meal to fix the mistake.
