I always order the same thing, but just today at almost 8 p.m. I went and ordered the same dish as always, but I don’t know if they’ve had that dish for a while, but it tasted like it was reheated. I didn’t notice the restaurant because I put the bag on my electric scooter in such a way that it couldn’t fall off.
It’s shameful that I was served such a poorly prepared dish. We all pay the full price for the service.
Did you make an extra dish by mistake and that’s why you sold it to me? Right?

Terrible experience. I came to the front desk and I said Hello good afternoon to cashier “Ariana” she didn’t say anything back and her body language was with aptitude she was checking her phone with the other cashier.
I said OmG. Food is good but costumer services is TERRIBLE I usually come here and the experience is nice or just regular but not like this. Cashier Ariana doesn’t deserve being in you Ono team because I don’t think she represents the costumer service that we want to receive in just a Tuesday dinner with family.

Sometimes they are good Sometimes bad I come here for hawaiian food but sometimes the cooks they have burns the chicken does not matter is isnthe hawaiian BBQ or the teriyaki they need to be consistent

I come here quite often but today on 626 2025 when I got to my car and I got my food. I noticed a smell that I don’t never notice so I just went home and went about my business. Wrote the windows down when I got home I tried my food Which was a chicken and shrimp combo. Chicken in the slices are fine. The shrimp has a weird smell and the aftertaste I called the store to notify them like I hate you guys. I think you guys should probably check on. You know your seafood because it has aftertaste in the where it smell no type of conversation know anything I was like oh I’m gonna talk to my manager and basically hung up in my face after I just spent my money.
