Pretty busy location!
Walked in at 6:30 pm on a Sunday evening. There was about 10 customers waiting for their orders . The cashiers were fast paced and attentive to customers. The kitchen was organized and alert for order accuracy. Luckily, I placed an online order and it was ready within 10 minutes of arrival. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. I ordered the seafood mix plate and my wife ordered a BBQ chicken plate. The food was on point! Everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, i don’t mind driving a little further to this location as my nearest location in Compton isn’t as convenient due to parking. Grisselda G is the best! She made me feel welcome and was hard at work cleaning the dinning with a smile . She did a great job!

I love thus place especially if you are watching your eatting intake they have a mini meal. This is so amazing, I also love the grill fish it has a good flavor.. everyone is so kind and polite I definitely recommend this place.

We went in to try out this branch. Same clean restaurant. The place wasn’t packed so we got our orders in for BBQ Chicken and BBQ Beef. The orders came out fast but noticed that the portions from this branch are smaller the kitchen only scattered the portions to make it look like it’s a lot. Comparing this to the store on Lakewood in Downey. We are not coming back to this branch anymore.

We usually order from this location and over time, the portion we get are less than what we always get. Today, $14 for a mini island fire and the portion is almost nothing. You gotta do better. Don’t feel like ordering from Ono anymore.

Genuinely the food was sooo good. The BBQ beef was delicious and had no fat. I feel like some of the other Onos I’ve been to the meat has had a lot of fat. My husband really enjoyed his chicken combo as well the terryaki and bbq chicken were well seasoned and fresh. Thank you Ono in Paramount! 🙂

I love this place but was my first time at this location. I rated 1 star on food because my katsu chicken was either over cooked or had been sitting out a while because I wasn’t able to eat it due to it being way too hard other than that everything else was okay. I was upset because I paid $23 for a meal and it wasn’t how I liked.

Good food and good prices. The service tonight was great. She was helpful with making a choice and other options available. They were pretty busy but the order came up quick and was hot and fresh. They also made sure i had forks and napkins.

My son and i love this place. The chicken katsu combo is fire i get the salad combo and its so good too. All the food is fresh and delicious. My absolute fav is the macaroni salad. So so good. Customer service is great and the diner is clean always.

One star should be 0. I ordered 1 plate of teriyaki chicken breast and 2 kids meals with teriyaki chicken breast to go. spent 35 dollars. Got home and was super disappointed . The chicken was either raw or just not good and didn’t even have Teryaki sauce on it. Me and my family did not eat our meals . I even put the chicken on the pan at home to cook more and the chicken was still a rubbery weird texture . I should have known the food would be trash when it was ready too fast. The chef definitely rushed the chicken. We will not be returning unfortunately. Also, I didn’t notice until after I ordered that we ordered close to closing time, i honestly wish they would have said they are no longer taking orders instead of rushing my order, under cooking my chicken, and having me waste 35 dollars. – very very disappointed.
