I believe the store was adequately prepared for an upcoming inspection, as the individual present was reviewing with the staff all necessary procedures to ensure compliance. This marks the first time the store has been maintained at such a high level of cleanliness. The Christmas tree remains in place, occupying space, along with a tabletop display of decorations that has remained incomplete since Christmas 2025. I believe it is appropriate to proceed with removing these items altogether. Additionally, I requested that my orders be served immediately after preparation, directly from the boiler. They did not arrive hot and fresh from the boiler, despite my longstanding awareness and practice of this request since 1994, when I was employed at a Burger King location in Louisiana during high school. The staff requires further training.

Love this BK!! People working there are always friendly. It’s always “yes ma’am, can I offer you anything else?” I never have to wait in line long, and the food is always fresh and hot for me! I’ve been there during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even for desserts, and my experience has always been good!!

Incredible atmosphere here in this Burger King. They were very polite when taking my order. They made sure to hook it up when I asked for sauces. The burger looked like the commercial. The establishment was clean and orderly and the best part about this place; beautifully thought out by the way, was a TV showing delicious meals being made that just gets you in the mood to eat a mouth watering meal. Well done and tip of my hat to whomever thought to add that to the dining area. It really adds to the experience to be watching a food channel waiting to devour a double whopper w/ cheese. The spicy chicken fries actually had some kick when paired with their BBQ sauce. Overall A+ , best Burger King I’ve been to in all my travels . Good job team ! !

Fast service, friendly people. I wish all locations were as good as this one.
However, on 11/29/25 around 4:25pm the young man behind the counter needs a belt or clothes that fit him. No one wants to see your underwear while they’re ordering food and about to eat.

They left me sitting in drive through for over 20 minutes while others were served around me. I ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 jalapeño bites, I witnessed all of the employees playing on three phones and cutting up with each other instead of doing anything else. When I finally got upset and went in they talked crap to me and took back their freebie pie offering because I said it wasn’t right to keep people waiting 20 min for fast food. Don’t eat here when the night crew is on as you will likely never even get your food and you will get a bad attitude from all of them .

I have been visiting this Burger King for quite some time, and unfortunately, the experience has consistently been extremely disappointing. The restaurant never seems to be able to retain staff, which results in disorganized and unprofessional service. The employees frequently appear disinterested in their work, often prioritizing personal phone calls over assisting customers or preparing food. The lack of attention, courtesy, and basic customer service standards makes every visit frustrating.
This location operates with little regard for customer satisfaction or efficiency, and it has consistently proven to be the worst Burger King I have ever visited. The only reason I continue to return is due to its proximity, not because of the quality or service.

It’s burger King. Fast food.
However 8/10 times coming here I’m always told to pull arround the corner and wait (probably due to the Window timer) And it takes time. This spot is more like medium speed food. Usually they mess something up on your order or miss a sauce if I ever order more than two meals.
