The service was fast n friendly, I got the combo with Hawaiian BBQ beef and teriyaki chicken. This included macaroni salad, rice, and vegetables. I opened my food immediately after getting home, which took about 10 minutes, and it was COLD. The beef was mostly bland, flavorless, good thing I was given teriyaki sauce and chili sauce on the side. The chicken tasted a little better than the beef, like if you had boiled chicken and put a little teriyaki sauce on it. THEY DID NOT TASTE “BARBECUED”. The macaroni salad is EXACTLY what you get at the deli section in the supermarket, so that was nothing to write home about, lol. The rice was ok, as were the veggies. The entire meal cost me 15 dollars and change. I’m not sure if this meal would have been better dining in, because it would’ve been at least WARM, but I’m not returning to find out, even Panda is better than this.

The food is good!! The long wait time, the warm dining area, loud noises and music are not. They’re not understaffed, so I don’t know why it took too long to get my mini meal! I should’ve went through the drive thru to stay cool in my truck’s air conditioner. I used most of my lunch break after finding parking, ordering food at 12:21, taking my time in the restroom, and waiting for my food…which I got at the counter at 12:40. I didn’t get to eat during my lunch break and had to take it to go, instead of eating it there. Which is fine in some sense because it didn’t feel like the a/c was any lower than 80 maybe?? There were other people also upset about the waiting they’d done, while the staff seemed to be waiting on each other, not sure if they don’t multitask or what, but they need to pick up the pace and get people their food quicker. I will keep in mind to not try taking a lunch break from work here again. I’m finally eating my order at home after working the rest of my shift out in the field. So, yeah, the food is good…but that’s about it.

The food was ok. Some of my chicken pieces did not have chicken and if it did it was barely enough in it. . The rice was very sticky and kinda hard. I ask about the pie. The picture of it look good the team member said it was great so I got one. When I ate it ,it barely had anything in it. It was like a bag of chips. You open the bag and the are barley in chips. So I will not be going back there to eat.

Nice little sport for Hawaiian. Really wished they had shoyu chicken. Mac salad was just okay but the teriyaki chicken was pretty good. I could see us coming back.

We door dashed this so they won’t get a star for atmosphere and service. But one of these days I’ll make it in there and I’ll give them a chance to show me how they handle things. Our food delivery was pretty good! We enjoyed the shrimp, chicken, bbq, musubi and the crab rancoons.

I placed my order online at 515 for a scheduled pick up at 545. When I arrived at 550 and gave them my name and said I was picking up an online order they called back to the kitchen. I then proceeded to wait 20 minutes before going back to the counter to see my food had been sittingt there the whole time. And still NO ONE called my name. Service has really gone down hill. If you can’t handle online order and walk-ins don’t take online orders, or do a better job at calling out order.

We had ordered two meals during the evening time, the #1 and a mini shrimp meal, our first interaction at the drive thru wasn’t great, the girl taking our order kept laughing and turning off the mic and proceeded to make us repeat our order at least 3 times. The wait time in the drive through was at least 10 minutes. When we finally got to the window I wanted our #1 to be adjusted since she didn’t let me finish at the intercom but got no interaction until the order was ready and had to pay. She said she can’t do anything since it’s ready. So I took the food no complaints. My bf and I just got off work so it’s been a long day and when we drive 15 minutes home we realized our order was messed up or switched. So we call back and a girl said she did have our order there and to come get it. So now we drive 15 minutes back which is well over 40 minutes now since we order. We both walk inside and mention that we called about our order and the girl at the register just grabbed the food behind her and tried to give it to us. Food that has been sitting there for at least 40 minutes. I requested for new food to be made and she just stares at us and silently walks to the back and whispers to the cook who proceeded to give us weird looks as they cook our food. We had no attitudes and I am also 8 months pregnant who also works in customer service, just wanting fresh food. But the staff there has been declining in customer service and had not apologized, & we’re not friendly, she even hesitated to give my bf back the original receipt.

Came to grab food after a long day of work. Went through the drive thru and the server (Kim as stated on my receipt) rushed to get our order. Had only managed to order one plate before she just gave me the total and didn’t wait until I placed the rest of the order. When we mentioned that we still needed to add another plate, she seemed annoyed and then asked if we wanted to add anything else with attitude. And passively asked are you sure. Long story short, I will not be coming to this location again!!

Whoever was working at the drive-thru at 8:17 pm on 12/13/25 this was a male I hope somebody can please talk to him and probably get him out of the drive-thru orders I had it to repeat my order about 10 times to this guy because he just kept messing around inside and you can hear him joking around but to be fair the lady who was working inside she deserves a 5 out of 5 stars super helpful and so nice and shes just doing her job while the other guy working was just talk with other workers and goofying off. I call them CO2 MACHINES thats the only thing they know how to do.

Went to do a little shopping in the complex and seen this place. Easy Welcome, walk in and made to order . Be prepared to wait a little bit. Many different options so I’ll definitely return for more dishes.
