I originally thought this location was the one on Ellsworth by Costco as that location is also opening and most looked forward to.
So when I actually went to this location, I was pleasantly surprised. Large parking lot. Food is served its normal portion like other locations. Seems to be an overflow of staff and none of them welcoming. A lot were standing around joking with the manager at the computer station.
I ordered pick up online and when I arrived I waited at the pick up counter area. 2 workers saw me just walked by. I imagine they were on their break or something because why the lack of? And no acknowledgment of any kind. So I just stood and waited until someone came to hand me my order. Customer service could improve, but that’s expected at any food establishment.

The worst service I have ever seen at A Ono. 45min on a simple order. I will not come back to this one. Management is poor at best. They ended up loosing my order and refunded me because I wasn’t waiting another 45 minutes. I highly suggest no one waist there time with this location. The management is even worse now then when they opened if that was possible.

Grand opening August 1st was crazy so we ending up going the next day. Food was delicious, but portion sizes are smaller than other restaurants of similar cuisine. The staff was super friendly and the restaurant was clean, so we will be going back. Definitely recommend!

Took 1 hour 15 minutes to receive delivery from time placed, I’m just a couple miles away. The chicken in both dishes were cold upon arrival. The lemon pepper chicken plate was good but the katsu was old and dry. Plus I didn’t receive the bottled water ordered with the kids meal. It is clearly highlighted on receipt. I see there is another Ono on Ellsworth with much better reviews, I will give it another try and see.

So exciting and happy this location is opening. Much needed in our area and such a wonderful restaurant with great well made food. Cannot go wrong with any dish! Love that I can order online for in-store pick up.

This was my first visit here to try some real Hawaiian BBQ. I wasn’t overly impressed with Ono and I’ll tell you why.
It was busy and most of the tables were in use. All the others were dirty and we had to ask for one to be cleaned. Dirty tables seem to be the norm anymore everywhere. The service is excellent and there are plenty of friendly people working there.
The atmosphere was loud, more like a busy ‘in and out’ burger joint and just as bland. For some reason, I was expecting more of a Hawaiian theme and decor. No surfboard or seashells here.
The food..is advertised as BBQ but I seriously doubt the meats ever saw a BBQ or were cooked over a flame as we watched the cook put everything on a large metal grill and serve it off that. Nothing we ordered smelled or tasted like authentic BBQ at all. Grilled chicken is grilled chicken….not BBQ.

I’m so happy that this Hawaiian restaurant opened in QC! We need more restaurants here… I now don’t have to cook Asian food now that this place opened and just 5 minutes from my home.

Happy to have a newnoption in the area. Pick two option with chicken and bbq beef was pretty good. Being able to.order on the screens quickly was a big plus.
Have been twice and have noticed a lot of staff waiting on food or organizing items but yet tables are not being wiped clean as often. There is a foul smell just lutaide the front door, seems garbage bins are close, but still it shlulsnt amell this bad. The ground near front entrance appears to need a good pressure wash cleaning. One bathroom was down for maintenainace. The door sticks on the other bathroom.

Great Opening Day! Arrived at 11:50 and took about an hour but it went by super quick! They were handing out free waters consistently and had music playing as well! Did their best to provide shade in the heat too! Congrats on the location and I look forward to being a regular here!

I love the food, I really do, but the staff here are absolutely terrible. Nice people, but no sense of urgency , work ethic, or consideration for all the people waiting. I regularly order take out here, and each time it’s over 20-30 minutes of the original wait time. The employees are seen standing around or talking to friends. This location either needs more staff, or completely new staff.
