First time ever ordering here, got the orange chicken for take out and received it drowning in a pool of its own sauce. I knew it was not going to be identical to the crispy orange chicken photo they advertise…it was straight mush in that bowl. The broccoli was not enjoyable either. Definitely will not be ordering this again.

We met someone that worked here at an event, and told us to stop by. This place was not on our radar, but pleasantly surprised to find this gem in downtown Mt. Holly. We came to celebrate my son’s birthday, we had 8 people total, they accommodated us with ease without reservations (we did get there when they opened on Sunday). It filled up fast after a while. Our server, Tori was the best, great service and explaining the menu. Our food came out quickly, everything was great quality, even the kids enjoyed their food. We ordered sushi to share, spicy edamame and spring rolls. As I mentioned it was my son’s birthday, so they surprised him with a fried oreo dessert, which we shared and it was tasty. The place looks small, but inside has plenty of seating, large sushi bar seating and a couple of tables outside on the side walk to people watch. We will definitely be back when in the area.

I’ve only purchased food to go, but it has always been very tasty. So far, I’ve only purchased their Thai cuisine, but they have a large sushi bar as well. I always order double Thai hot and they have never disappointed. Usually, when I am picking it up, they say eat at your own risk! I do have to say it is very, very spicy. Most of the time, if you get spicy dish, the “hotness” overwhelms everything else, but their food has always been extremely tasty. I have purchased both their rice based dishes as well as their noodle base dishes, and both are equally good.

Appetizer: calamari, 9.99, lightly breaded. Chewy, sauce was good. Small portion.
Entree: Pad thai. Sauce was terrible. Couldn’t taste the peanut sauce. Beef was cooked to jerky. The server was uninterested in our time. She needs better training.
Sushi: 3 orders, only 1 was good of the three. Didn’t want a fried one, and somehow, it was fried. I’m not impressed with this place.

We arrived at noon on Sunday with a party of 8, 4 adults 4 kids. Tori got us setup by combining tables. We were surprised how quickly our appetizers arrived. I got an espresso manhattan that was awesome. We had spring rolls and spicy edamame appetizers. We (the 4 adults) shared a spicy salmon roll, caterpillar roll and dragon roll. We will return to try other options. Definitely a hidden gem in Mount Holly.

They just recently open still has a few kinks and do not have every ingredient for their dishes are available yet… We enjoyed everything we had. Nice addition to Mount Holly. The sushi was strangely warm… I wouldn’t recommend but the dishes were good. Service was fast and it was not so busy when we visited.

Recently visited and had a great experience. The food was delicious. Seriously, the best Pad Thai I’ve had anywhere. Our waitress was really good and attentive. It did take a little bit to get our food, but she brought out another entire entree for us to try as we were waiting, and it was only another couple of minutes before our ordered food came out. Super great way to make guests feel good. Definitely will be going back.
