Finally was able to visit One11 Bar and Kitchen for lunch, the first attempt for dinner was denied because we could not find a parking spot. Apparently did not know that there is parking for One11 across the street at the gym. This is a very popular spot for night life, I was here specific for the Kitchen experience based on some of the Burger reviews. They did not offer any Physical Menus, not a big fan of that since I like to use restaurant time to get off my phone and just unwind. Having both digital and physical menus meets the needs of all. The bartender recommended the Bacon Jam Burger with fresh French fries. I am comparing and putting the Burger against the Best in the state. Not for a local Burger in Dover, NJ. They did not offer a pickle with the burger, not sure how this is even possible when you offer this as your top menu item with close to a $20 price point. Not a pickle to be found. The fries were fresh cut and were excellent. The Burger meat was super fresh fresh, but lacked flavor. I am used to using up a lot of napkins from juices flowing from a burger. The jam provided some flavor, but couldn’t save it all. 3.75 for the Burger. Now on to dessert. Rhey have a pastry chef in house, so that is your automatic cue to order dessert. That’s exactly what I did with a Key Lime Pie that was a 5 star experience. I will be ordering this on the run for sure the next time I am in Dover. Who is the Pastry Chef? Amazing.. This Kitchen is only going to get better in time, will go back to try a different menu item. Great Job overall.

each of their drinks is so perfectly made it makes you want more and each one has unique twists to it! Their steak and shrimp scampi was cooked to perfection! and don’t even get me started on the homemade crème brûlée!!! some of the best i’ve ever had!!!! Highly recommend this place!!!!

Their food and drinks are always spot on. I found the pistachio and collin’s club cocktails to be very enjoyable. The firecracker calamari was very flavorful. The grilled skirt steak was so delicious. Even their night life atmosphere is exciting and entertaining.

Stopped by One11 Bar and Kitchen in Dover and had an incredible experience. The staff were genuinely friendly and made wonderful recommendations-attentive without being overbearing, and clearly passionate about what they do.
I ordered the Dante cocktail and the chicken balsamico, and both were absolutely delicious. The drink was smooth and flavorful, and the chicken was cooked perfectly with a rich, tangy glaze that hit all the right notes.
The atmosphere is relaxed but stylish- perfect for a casual night out or a cozy dinner with friends. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and looking for great food, great drinks, ar even better people.

This was a very pleasant experience. Alan made the drinks to perfection and the food was delicious. We will absolutely be coming back. It was a decent atmosphere as well and of course who doesn’t enjoy people watching.

I unfortunately have to revise my initial review as we came back and had an awful experience.
While the cocktails were tasty the food and service were awful. The “dry rub” wings were basically boiled and had some garlic and rosemary shaken on. Everything else was just mediocre at best…Will not be returning unfortunately

My wife and I visited One11 for the first time. We were looking for a hidden gem of a restaurant with a personal touch and man did we find it. From the moment we walked in the restaurant, the warm reception was welcomed. We were greeted immediately at the door and were offered the opportunity to sit where we desired. The decor was a combination of rustic with a newer vibe. We ordered a couple of the signature cocktails that were delightful and led us to ordering more. We ordered the Firecracker Calamari and Shrimp with garlic which were both perfection. We had burgers for our entree and we would rank them with the best around. The owner Andres was present without being overbearing. Loved the background story and how he worked in the industry for years before venturing out to show his own touch on creating an amazing tasting experience. We will be bringing back our family and telling our friends about this new found treasure. Don’t wait to go here. It’s amazing.

wonderful husband and wife run bar restaurant with a small yet perfectly curated craft cocktail and tapas/appetizer menu. Clean fresh crisp and thoughtfully done from start to finish. Very warm and comfortable spot. Great to hang with friends after our cocktails, but also has a great dining room for families and get-togethers. The prices are ridiculously good specially relative to the quality and thoughtfulness of the cocktails and dishes. I will absolutely be back soon with more friends and family. We met so many wonderful people in the one hour that we were here. I highly recommend it even from a food and drink knob.
