Such an excellent brunch experience. Good service, everything is very fresh and well prepared. I had the “One Rad Dish” with scrambled eggs, french toast, the house chorizo and potatoes, and everything was superbly done. Absolutely no complaints and I will return!

The absolute best breakfast sandwiches you’ll find. Every ingredient is local and fresh and deliciously crafted. Every time I’m in town I spend a day visiting one radish for breakfast and then I go back for lunch. The tomato soup is out of this world. You will not regret stopping here every morning that you’re in Richmond.

I went with a group of 4, ordering all in succession, yet our food was brought out one at a time in 5 minute intervals? By the time I was done the 3rd dish had just been delivered! Preposterous! They also forgot my longtime childhood friend’s chips on his sandwich order. I wish I could say it this was a Won Radish, but if I’m gonna be honest, it was pretty bad-ish.

Laid back ambience indoors with lovely outdoor seating in the warmer months. They are very accommodating for dairy free, gluten free, vegetarian etc. The last time we went, we grabbed a sandwich and slice of pizza to go, and it was a great quick meal. They also have scones, muffins, and cafe fare if you’re looking for a snack or almond milk chai latte xD.

We ordered soup and salad. After 35 minutes the waitress told us the hold up was due to the soup being ‘warmed up’. Surrounded by dirty tables while bus person took Polaroid picture of friends. Floors and tables sticky. Avoid!

Enjoyed the fresh kale salad and margarita style pizza. There was live music the night we visited, but not sure how often they have that. Plenty of parking in front. Great service.

For a place with such promising reviews, One Radish is most definitely the worst serviced experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. We entered with the restaurant only about half-full (meaning approximately 4-6 tables of guests), and it was 15 minutes before any server (which we counted 4 on the floor) acknowledged our presence. The space is small enough that it was awkward to be so obviously ignored. We heard *every* single server say “sorry for the wait” when they spoke to the other tables, to the point that we considered leaving before even getting waters brought to us. Eventually, our server came. We ordered iced coffees and water as well as our food right away, and when the server brought the drinks, my boyfriend took one look at it and his whole iced coffee was full of coffee grounds. We took it up to the counter, knowing it would take another 15 minutes for the server to come back since she was so skilled at walking by us and ignoring us. She came back over to offer an iced Americano instead of his iced coffee – and when she brought it 10 minutes later, it was the most diluted, tasteless Americano we’d ever had. (If it were my customer, I personally would have comped the drink for all the trouble, but she chose not to.) But if that had been the only thing, I wouldn’t be writing this review. We received our food after a reasonable amount of time, and when they asked if we needed anything else, we asked for ketchup. That server went back behind the counter and totally forgot about our request. We watched her chat with the other servers, go check on other tables, everything but get us ketchup. So we went on eating without it, and instead just flagged down a different server to ask her to bring us ketchup. She went back in the back not to be seen again as well. Apparently they were “running low on ketchup,” which we learned later on – and a third server came by and just dropped an almost empty ketchup container that she picked up from another table when we were almost completely finished with our breakfast — a total of 20 minutes later than our original request. We finished our meal, paid, and went up to the counter to get a creemee. We ordered a small, and she rang us up for $5.50. I handed her a $20 and she handed me back $14. I asked if I had misheard her that the price was $5.50, and she stuttered back “oh! Plus tax….” I’m not one to gripe over $.50, but (1) to assume we wanted to tip the counter was boldly rude, and (2) how is that an ethical business practice to change the price while giving back change? If everyone just mindlessly takes their change back and that server is pocketing the change, that’s called embezzlement.
