Service was brilliant and helpful. Very efficient!

Loved it from my very first visit! The charcoal grill gives the meat such a delicious smoky flavor that you just can’t get with gas or electric. The Korean beef and barbecue sticks were my favourites! Juicy, tender, and perfectly seasoned. The portions were generous, and everything tasted really fresh.
The atmosphere is warm and friendly, not too formal, which makes it a great spot to relax.

What more can i say about this place? The food: Amazing. Service: Amazing and the Atmosphere: Amazing. With the seafood, i felt like i had died and went to crab heaven. For an pure food experience, One Plus is a must in Manchester for all lovers of Asian Cuisine.

Something different and unique experience compared your same old boring spots. definitely something new and mixes up from the same old, same old.

Ate at the noodle & rice bar. Great value, food, and service. Massive portions for the best authentic Chinese food in Manchester. Ordered the Ho Fan noodles, Chef’s special pork intestines, and the braised beef noodles.

Came to dine with a few friends for the BBQ – had an absolutely fantastic time! Alan the owner was brilliant, making sure we were well looked after and providing an excellent service along with the rest of the lovely staff members.
In particular we really enjoyed the Chicken with Black Pepper and the homemade ice lemon tea, but everything we tried (a mix of the set meal and side dishes) was delicious! All of us were in agreement that we would definitely dine here again – would highly recommend!

Absolutely incredible restaurant, the staff are so kind and helpful, and the food is to die for!
The restaurant has a great atmosphere, the sushi style conveyor belt is brilliant. The hot pot stations work perfectly, no issues at all, and the spicy hot pot base was so good. The food choice is huge and so tasty, the menu even has suggested cooking times which was very helpful. The meat was great, and veg was fresh and plentiful. Tried a few new things like the Japanese fish cakes, which I highly recommend! Really liked the station where you can mix your own sauces. Also we were SO happy with the music that was being played, great variety. Eating hot pot on Valentine’s Day while listening to Linkin Park, billie Joel, paramore… incredible

Came to the ground floor of the restaurant to try the hot pot for lunch , plenty of halal options, the staff could not have been more helpful explaining the menu etc and been more kind to my toddler. The base broth was delicious and great to customise exactly as you want. Great value, clean and tidy and baby changing facilities for any mums that need them. Definitely will be back again and to try the first floor bbq

We love coming here for the hot pot! We spend a few hours chatting, eating and drinking tea and always have a great time!
The soup is flavourful and the options are very good! Lots of fresh vegetables and meats – The staff are always very nice and attentive and the manager/owner is great!
I reached my personal best of a measly 11 plates and my partner almost got on the leader board with her 37 plates! ( she’s going to try again at Christmas!)

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant.
1. The staff and even the owner showed clear discrimination against Chinese (mainland) customers, while treating white customers much more politely. That kind of unequal treatment is completely unacceptable.
2. The barbecue skewers were badly burnt and tasted bitter.
3. One of the dishes we ordered never arrived, even after reminding the staff several times.
Overall, it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in the UK. Poor service, poor food quality, and unfair treatment — I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone
