yum. ive been here twice and loved it both times. quesadilla is FIRE. highly recommend fried pickle chips. my kid brother says the kid chicken strips are not typical fried chicken but like a spicy grilled chicken (still good, just not anticipated). the pulled pork shoulder is also exemplary and as are the greens and beans.

Firstet me say I absolutely used to love this place. I haven’t been in a while so since I was in Memphis I wanted to pick up some dinner. I spent 41.00 to get 1 pound of BBQ, 3 baby sides, and a 12 pack of buns. This was the absolute worst BBQ I have ever had. I was soooo disappointed in the quality of the food. The BBQ was full of the burnt ends, it was covered in sauce that I didnt ask for, and yet it was still dry and tasted awful. I never would have thought I would have received this poor quality of food from here.

This was delicious! They make the coleslaw and mustard potato salad exactly how I like! The chicken was tender and nicely seasoned and the Texas toast and French dip was great. Great service and atmosphere.

I ordered 3 Bone Wet Beef Ribs $45 dinner, along with a regular pork sandwich. The beef ribs was mostly fat, so I paid $45 for greasy chewy fat on the bone, mustard potato salad is bland and only thing worth buying was pork sandwich and beans! The guy with dark complexion and arm tattoos working cashier is rude shouting over the intercom. After giving me my food he gave me a hateful stare in the eyes and a mean mug to top it off. I’m not sure what’s dude problem but I couldn’t expect good service from someone named “ipad.” Also, why y’all don’t give customers a break down of order on receipt?

For my first time it impressively calm for a Saturday night, being seated immediately with a party of three. Our waitress was friendly and fast with our orders. Should probably put labels on the bbq sauces for which one is spicy though.

Usually the experience is great but this particular time on 11/24/25 at around 5pm, ordered at drive thru and the leg quarter tasted like it had been sitting all day and didn’t taste fresh. Also, ordered the chicken quesadilla and turned out to pork. In addition, sides that I didn’t order were included on my order. I see there are lots of new people working there and it seems like the quality and consistency have taken a lower standard.

Food continues to go downhill, which is ridiculous for the pricing. I spend $20 for a pulled chicken sandwich and more than 1/4 of it inedible fat! You mean to tell me the employees don’t see all of the fat while they’re pulling the chicken? Craziest thing is, this was a rebound trip from me getting a pork sandwich instead of a chicken sandwich before and I made a complaint on Facebook and didn’t even get a response. Pathetic.
