Food was ok, not worth the inflated price anymore. There are problems with staffing and orders go through slow. They actually even asked us if we knew friends that want to work and recommend them to Jimmy Johns. No one wants to work for less than cost of living, why would I recommend that to my friends?

Tried to order through an app. Received phone call they weren’t able to deliver because no driver and given the reason “no one wants to work now.” Placed on hold for 25 minutes and forgotten about. Called again asked to find out why I was just placed on hold and left I was told that everyone there would just blame each other… they had 5 employees and no driver. Closes randomly and employees are quite rude on the phone.

Do not bother using the app. They will never update the status of your order. They also routinely refuse to add onions to the sandwiches. Eveytime I ask, in person, they say yes and then never add them. I don’t understand why the employees are so incompetent.

Worst jimmy johns ever. Ordered for lunch with a warning that it would take longer than expected. Did not expect it would take over an hour and half. That wasn’t a big deal, the worst part was the hardest burnt bread ever. Bread hurt to bite into and crumbled immediately. Tried to call all day for a better sandwich and the line was busy the entire time.

It’s a typical JJ’s. I had tonwait a little longer than usual as this customer was giving the super cute cashier a hard time about some online transaction that wasn’t working… idk after she was done my experience was quick and easy peasy.

I hyped up Jimmy John’s to a friend who has never eaten there before. Stupid me, I have never been so embarrassed. Our bread was ROCK hard, including my 5 year old son’s bread. None of us could eat it. I had also asked the man taking my order what a certain ingredient was since we have severe food allergies and all he said was, “it’s hard to explain.” So because he couldn’t explain it and that ingredient was in most of the sandwiches, that took most of the sandwiches off the menu for us. The tables were absolutely disgusting, hadn’t been cleaned, the only space where we could sit had employee’s personal items spread all over — headphones, a stocking hat, candy, thermos jugs, etc. And the real kicker was when I showed the male employee our bread, he said, “Oh, we have soft bread, I guess that was cooked too long.” If you had edible bread that a human being could bite and chew, why are we giving paying customers bread made from concrete?! Needless to say, I will NEVER return to this nasty place and I WILL and ALREADY AM warning others to stay away from this place.

Customer service is awful and every time we have tried to go in the past few weeks they are closed early with the door locked and employees sitting there not acknowledging anyone. Such a weird experience.
