One Eat Urban Bar + Kitchen was a good breakfast spot if you’re staying at the hotel. Quick service, friendly staff, great biscuit- potatoes were a little greasy.

Overall not impressed. Go elsewhere for dinner in KC. Cheese curds were bland, dry and lacked…well cheese.
The ravioli was overly salted, and the power bowl was big enough for three, and was so-so.
Desert was fine.
Service was spectacular, with a friendly and attentive server.
Overall, for the price. Not impressed.

The steak with mashed potatoes and asparagus entree, Ravioli entree, and traditional breakfast plate were all so delicious!
The staff claimed she tried to call our hotel room when our order was ready for pickup but we never got a call. Food was still warm though!

Best Buffalo Wings that I have ever had. Admittedly, benchmarking against wings sold in Australia, it is not hard, but these were huge, and the right amount of spice.

Decided to eat here since most of the restaurants in Crown Center were already closed. I got the bacon cheeseburger with the garlic fries, and they were pretty solid. No complaints on the burger really, but the fries could’ve been better. My server recommended getting the fries extra crispy, which is something I usually like, but they still didn’t come out very crispy. The sauce that they came with was excellent.
My server was also super friendly and gave me recommendations for other restaurants in walking/transit distance. I regret not catching his name, but he’s one of the coolest bartenders I’ve ever met.

One East Urban bar + kitchen is your upscale bar and kitchen for an upscale hotel, definitely matches the rest of the Westin Hotels upscale class. Decent selection of foods from smaller portions to larger platters. Cam was our waitress and she was absolutely the best. She was so nice and helpful checked on our table often but not overly. Refilled drinks even offered us drinks to go since we got sodas definitely 5 star all way around. A little pricey but you get what you pay for and it was worth it, also keeping in mind we were at a hotels bar and kitchen and the hotel is very upscale class.

Four nights at the Westin and every night we were at One East Urban bar and restaurant. Exceptional service by Rhonda, Tate and Melanie. They all went above and beyond for us. We had a family gathering there and these kind folks could not have made it any better. They really took care of us and made it a wonderful event. Thank you Rhonda, Tate and Melanie! We enjoyed the food as well. The veggie burger is made in-house and is one of the best I’ve ever had! Also, a big shout out to Dana who took care of us every morning at breakfast. Superb service!

We ate dinner at the One East Urban Bar on the 4th of July. It was the only restaurant open in Crown Center at the time. We got a chicken Caesar salad and a chop chop salad. They were delicious! The staff were friendly.
