OTB is one of the regular restaurants that my family and I come into, with that said tonight was a cluster with our order. We ordered 2 of the chicken quesadillas-Taliah was our server, she stated they are going through a menu change so it’s just chicken and cheese-I said I would like the “Rajas” on it(onion/bell pepper), my mom wanted the same plus tomatoes inside. I also ordered a brisket taco-when our food came out my brisket taco looked like a Birria taco, I just went with it. The chicken quesadillas however did not have the rajas-which we specifically said we wanted. I then ordered a side of fajita chicken for my dog to go and a side of rajas so I could put in the rest of my quesadilla. It came out in ONE container-I’m not sure if our server put it in wrong but all night she seemed rush and in a hurry, one mistake ok fine not to big of a deal but several!? I spoke to 1 manager and he said Yes it’s suppose to have the rajas, then when we had the chicken/rajas/taco mistake I spoke to another who said Rajas do not come on it now-I stated that we asked for it, and the other mgr told us it did. She took $2 off my taco that was wrong so instead of $6 something it was $4 something.
I usually love and rave about OTB but our service and food tonight was not the best, don’t get me wrong, food was good-just not prepared how we wanted. Taliyah needs to engage with guest better, slow down and listen.

Ava always does an excellent job..very rare to find servers that explain everything and take care of multiple tables like her! Margs and all of the food was excellent. The updated menu items were good to try.

Marithza was a delight to have as a server. She was upbeat and so responsive to our needs. She checked in at just the right interval to make sure we were taken care of. Lunch specials were perfect but way too much food. All was great!

The food was great. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed. They have seating for large groups and couples alike.
My only issue was the pepsi tastes off here. The other drinks were fine so maybe the mixing levels are off on that one.
The nachos were amazing and we loved that they were individually made so made sharing and getting all the flavors every bite easier. Thr burrito was huge and very tasty. I have had their fajitas before and they are awesome, just make sure you have room at your table because it comes with a lot of extras to make your own style. Also highly recommend the white queso, the salsa is a bit on the spicy side so queso is always a great option for me.

Food is not as high standard but it seemed well cooked and flavors were decent.
Not a fan of their cocktails – very sweet and weak..

Unfortunately bad for ordering through Doordash or others. I do delivery on side, one cook, and waited over 20 minutes for 3 tacos. Only saw 2 customers. Other drivers waiting. I will not pick up there again . This was 3pm on a Saturday.

Food was amazing. Also had a mango margarita that was very delicious. The hottest was very kind and understanding with my 4 kids. She even went out and shut my van door after someone left it open. The waitress was nice also. Service was a bit slow but overall great. The atmosphere is inviting and bathrooms were clean.
