I placed an online order which I never do but there wasn’t an option to talk to an employee. When I arrived I gave the host my name for pick up and she said it would be a few minutes so I sat down and waited. As I’m sitting there I noticed a bag of food coming out and she sat it behind her. A few customers walked in and she waited on them but in the meantime that bag of food was still sitting there. She finally says my order was ready and it was the bag of food that came out early… MINE! When I got home ( which was 20 minutes away) the first order was incorrect and the next order wasn’t right and the last order it looked as if they took three pieces of meat to make the burger. I called and talked to a manager who said that a different manager would call me on Monday. 7/28/2023 was my order date. Monday came and went with no call so I called back on a Thursday and that manager told me a manager would call me on Monday yet no call. I finally called back on Thursday and asked why I didn’t get a call or a refund and once again they said a manager would call me back. Okay well we know that wasn’t going to happen… UNPROFESSIONAL

Avoid this place!! Went with my family, ordered some loaded fries with my dinner. The cheese was beyond crispy! Over cooked.The blt I ordered was beyond gross, they served it with obviously old tomatoes. I asked to have the fries remade and was told this is how they make them. The tables where sticky and gross. The dishes looked as if they where not properly cleaned, not the first time either.The service was lacking. The food there is beyond mediocre. Not worth the money or the wait.

I think Thursday night (8/10) was rough for them. We ordered the appetizer combo where you pick three apps, and they forgot to plate one. The eventually brought it out on a separate plate, but by then they were cold. Also the appetizer portions were TINY. Not enough for three people to share. Seriously, why serve only two pierogis?

We came for the wing buffet on Mondays, it was fine but nothing special. The wings were just okay, and the fries were cold and hard as rocks. I wouldn’t go here again. One of the workers wore the same glove the entire time we were eating, I watched her pick up something off the floor, wipe a table with a rag, touch the door handle and then touch all of the food in the buffet with that same glove. Pretty gross.

I ordered a Tomato Burger, and it was delicious!! With a 1/2 pound patty I was quite pleased with how much I loved it! Perfectly cooked, and on a crisp bun with lettuce and 2 tomato slices. It was *so* juicy and picturesque! The fries were fantastic, as well!

Always love On Tap and their food and drinks. Service was excellent and we sat at the bar and had dinner. I ordered the chicken Caesar wrap and added bacon and it was delicious! The truffle fries were good but I’ve had better. I should just stick with their regular fries which are good! The buffalo chicken wrap is great too. Also ordered the mozzarella sticks and they were homemade tasting. Will definitely order again.

Service was nothing spectacular. Food was really good. Be careful and very clear with your server. When you give her $10.00 and specifically say you want to break it and make change and she doesn’t bring you back change and acts like,”oh, I thought that was my tip”. “Yea, because you thought you were worth a 35% tip”??? Not cool!!!
