1.Service 5.3/10,
The service was a bit awkward and uncomfortable.
Our waitress was visibly frustrated and exhausted
which made me feel like I was a burden just by being there.
2.Food 6.3/10,
The food was very fast and not fresh. My burger was cold and was hard to the touch, not the typical “crispy” I was expecting from a Smashburger. The fried pickles were very salty and also cold. All of the food we ordered was cold and looked as if some of the ingredients were under a heat lamp for a little while.
The alcoholic drink was as advertised!
3.Environment 7.4/10,
The overall vibe was nice and family friendly! the seats were clean and tables were not filthy. It wasn’t too hot or too cold inside. Very clean in the dining areas and plenty of space for everyone to sit and eat.
4.Affordability 5.1/10,
The price tag on 3 burger meals for a family of 3 was a bit hefty.
You can typically see prices range from $13-$15 for one burger combo per person here. While the Dinners they offer run a little more depending on what you order. We spent $80 on a family of 3 with all burger meals plus one alcoholic beverage. Include the tip and we got a price of almost $100! Now, they do charge a fee of 2.24% if you use a credit card so there is that. But I feel like the overall quality of the food and the awkward and uncomfortable staff, the price point is a tad much!

I have no complaints. The service was great. We got the appetizer platter and it was way bigger than anticipated. The only thing I would suggest would be less salt on the fried pickles. Other than that, everything was great and we would definitely like to go back.

We were out on a girls night and were sat in the “family area” possibly because we had a party of 8. Big mistake becausewe were extra….. but they let us move to the bar area right away and we had a blast. Great service! Fun times and a huge variety of food and drinks! Definitely going back straight to bar area LOL

We had a family get-together at On Tap in Medina on November 21st . The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and everyone had a wonderful time. Our friendly waitress handled our group of 15 with efficiency. We never had to wait for drinks, either.

Nothing great about the fried perch dinner. The sides were sweet potato fries and fried zucchni. Both were good but I rarely indulge in fried foods. I do like this place for burgers but will visit again to try other selections.

Great food. Grilled chicken mango salsa salad was fantastic. Large serving. The salmon with rice and broccoli was delicious. We also had 4 large pretzel sticks. Cici was our server and she was wonderful.

Just had my neighbors 60th birthday luncheon here and it was amazing. Staff was very accommodating and attentive. Food was great and we will be back!! We have been here a few times since they moved to the new location from across the street but we were not impressed. This visit has changed our minds. Glad we gave them another try!!

If you don’t try their original boneless wings, you’re missing out! This is a normal stopping point for myself and the guys for a night out. Burgers, pizza, wings, tacos, large beer selection, nothing we’ve gotten has been bad. Service is good, while the place is usually packed, we rarely have to wait super long to sit. Would reccomend for sure.
