We try every 6 months in hopes theyve hired better help but drinks are always messed up are just missing energy drink in blue raspberry energy. They never tell you just let you drive off. Just close this one down its trash

This is usually my go-to place for ice cream. Good prices, good taste, and good service. This time I got some sherbet, 9/10. Kudos to Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins for the collaboration! More restaurants should do the same!

The staff here are consistently rude and act like they don’t want to be there. My son and I walked in to get ice cream and a coffee. No hello or any acknowledgement (we were the only ones in the store). At the ice cream counter the lady said “What do you want?” with an attitude. I ordered our ice cream and the coffee. She tells me she is out of coffee milk and can’t make it. Nothing else. No, “I could do this drink instead.”
My husband also said he has had only negative experiences there. They yelled at him through the drive through once or ordering through door dash. They thought he was a driver and needed to go in, he was a direct customer and could pick it up through the drive through.
We probably won’t be returning with other, more friendly establishments like Dutch Bros and Summer Moon.

This was my first time in this Dunkin’, and I was highly disappointed. I ordered the holiday peppermint mocha as a freeze, a regular chocolate donut, and a blueberry cake donut. The peppermint mocha taste like cream and peppermint, I don’t taste any coffee in it, plus they didn’t even put the whip cream or nothing else on top. The chocolate donut tasted like it’s been sitting there for hours, like they never change the donuts out. But the blueberry cake donut actually wasn’t that bad, it was alright. Plus the employees there seemed to be very rude, and they weren’t even that busy, a couple cars in the drive thru and I was the only person inside. Not even a simple smile or good morning. I will not be back.

This was my second Dunkin Donut experience. I must say they did not disappoint. New to the Temple area I had to try. The drinks were refreshing. The avocado toast was delicious. I don’t know everything about bagels but my kiddos loved them. What sold me we’re the kolache’s. The sausage and cheese were stuffed and perfect in size. Compared to some places you get more dough than meat. The donuts were great too however; it might be first come first serve. They do have a variety to choose from and seem to go fast. This particular visit we had a issue with the toast having been cooked a little to long but the employees were empathetic and replaced it immediately. They were also very friendly, helpful, and recommended items to try. Definitely recommend this location.

In my opinion it’s always been just a donut place but that changed this past Sunday when I walked in and was greeted by Chandler. He is the most efficient, knowledgeable, and just plain nice gentleman. Makes you feel like more than just a customer.

The drive thru worker was rude I got a drink that missing about 3 inches of drink and when I asked why she acted like it was a bother and said it’s is made that way. I worked for Dunkin’ Donuts for 5 years in Florida and I have heard that. I called the store to make sure they had the Halloween buckets again the girl that answered was rude. If you want was to have good customer service then don’t work in customer service. I have been in customer service for 20 years and today was horrible.

I’m make this review because I wanted to rave on the employee who was working alone this morning at around 4:30AM. This young lady was busting her butt to make sure the orders were done with yummy quality. Awesome job girl! Keep it up!
P.S.- since a new GM has taken over this location I have never had an issue that wasn’t addressed immediately. The rating on Google needs to be higher now.

Second time there was a better experience and the coffee was better. I know it’s new so I will give it one more chance but I am not at all impressed. I got the wrong order which happens but my drink was bad. It was not full, there was no cool Whip, caramel, or an extra shot. Very sad. I took one sip and wondered why I had to tip it so far. It was warm but not hot.

Absolute shoutout to Ariana! I live in Austin and ended up in Temple twice in the last month and both times I stopped at this Dunkin’ randomly. Ariana remembered me on the second visit and even remembered what happened when I was in there. That’s crazy! This girl is super smart and absolutely going to take over the world one day. Honored to have had a drink made by this superstar!
