To get a table immediately. Charlene, server, was quick and pleasant. Wife had chicken parm sandwich and fries. I had French onion soup and pierogies. Pierogies were fried perfectly. French onion soup was flavorful. Decent portion. Not overly strong beef broth flavor. Restrooms clean.

Smash burger on a WAFFLE BUN. I didn’t come here to find religion, but I might’ve seen the light.
Let me explain. I didn’t even know what a waffle bun was—now I’m questioning how I lived this long without it. Sweet, crispy edges of maple glory hugging a perfectly smashed burger, crowned with bacon onion jam sent straight from the flavor gods. Every bite was a love letter to my taste buds.
I’m not proud of what happened next. I stared at the empty plate like it had betrayed me. I considered ordering a second one… not because I wasn’t full, but because my soul missed it.
10/10. Would weep over again.

UPDATE: I couldn’t stay away, came back for the waffle bun smash burger because the craving was real!! This time I actually remembered to snap a picture before unashamedly inhaling it like a burger vacuum. Worth every bite (and every shameless moment)!!

So, this is my second Ohio food review. On Tap was an amazing experience for me.
For those that don’t know what you want, this is the place for you! It has a little bit of everything here. From pizza to stir fry!
The restaurant has a very familiar feel to it. It was also busy as all get out. But, the staff, handled that extremely well. We were seated quickly.
Savannah was our server, and as expected, I will say she was extremely friendly, courteous and professional.
I ordered the chicken fingers believe it or not. Which were amazing. (Tender, battered perfectly, juicy) while my wife ordered the tacos and zucchini strips.
When we move to Ohio next year, I am going to make this a favorite restaurant to go to for sure.

On Tap in Cuyahoga Falls. Is a Great Place for Family or on a Date Night. The Bar is Great and the Floor Plan for Eating is Great. The Tables and Booths are Separated just nicely. Your not interrupting your neighbors, like on Monday all you can eat Wings Night. There are plenty of televisions there to watch while you eat. The Staff and Waitress are very nice and do a great job on getting what you want, right away. Great Place for a Family Night to Eat or Date Night.

Great selection of food, and it’s always delicious. A wide variety of beers on draft including rarer local craft offerings. The staff is quick and personable. They have NFL Ticket so this is my go-to place when I can’t get my Packers games.

Gathered here for holiday get together for a large group. The servers were attentive and managed the group well in between games/activities. The food was top tier. It’s hard to find wings that are not too soft or mushy. The wings had a nice crisp to them and sauced perfectly. The buffalo cauliflower abd sauerkraut balls I highly recommend as well

Went here for my fiancés birthday just a little night out then going to the movies after. Food and service was absolutely amazing. Chrissy A was our server and she was absolutely fantastic! Haven’t been here since about 2015 and the remodel looks great also!

Wanted wings all day so ordered some wings for dinner, my partner ordered a Philly. The spicy garlic tasted disgusting so I was waiting for our waitress to come back so I could order new wings another flavor. She did not come back after we got our food for over 20 minutes. My partner said his cheesesteak wasn’t good either and the meat was fatty. He normally devours his meals and only ate half. Our partner also would have ordered another beer and given you guys more money if she had just come back, she instead was preoccupied with talking to her son. Left with no wings hungry. The sauerkraut balls we ate also upset both our stomachs horribly. First time here with my partner and he hated it so we won’t be returning.

We chose to go here frequently especially with friends and family due to their wide variety of menu that there is always something everyone will want! Haven’t had a bad meal or bad service in the many times we have been here! Waitress last night was awesome and food was as well for our birthdays celebration. Highly recommend coming here!

I come here often with my aunt. The food and servers are consistently great with good prices.
Word to the wise: Do not – I repeat – do not get any drinks that use the tap water. No lemonade, no soft drinks, etc. I always have to get a cider when I come because of how fishy and awful it is. Please invest in a water purifier.
