Clean, friendly, fun! Sweet helpful staff. Great place for a kids birthday in Salem Or. Hidden gem, this small business is an affordable solution to keeping kids busy and happy. The prices are fair, better than most gaming places. Pizza is good, but in this venue your paying for fun. Great game assortment, machines paid out in great kid prizes. Well done Donatello’s, thank you!

The decor was top notch! My kids had an absolute blast playing the Minecraft game. The pizza was disappointing. The jumbo claw machine and the clown knockdown game were out of service. The virtual bowling game was super cool. Player 3 on Minecraft Dunegons quit dispensing cards for the game, but staff gave a refund so we could get our cards from another spot. The prizes were lamer than other arcade places I’ve been to. The pictures I’ve added are the Minecraft cards we got.

If it weren’t for the fact that the pizza is good, I wouldn’t give them any stars. To start, I tried to place my order online to make it easier, added my pizza to my cart for $26, but breadsticks is not an item that can be ordered online (as of today 4/18/22) so I had to call and place my order over the phone. Ordered the exact same pizza I had just built and the breadsticks.
When I arrive, my total for the pizza alone is $32. I was quite surprised at the different prices from on their website. The manager said ‘his hands are tied and there is NOTHING he can do’ despite the fact that I explained, the only reason I called to place my order was due to the fact that they did not have breadsticks on the website. He continued to tell me he can’t do anything and I’m pretty much stuck. His lack of customer service is astounding. Since he just kept rolling his eyes at me.
I highly doubt we will be ordering from them again. Maybe Garlic Jim’s or Odd Moe’s will have better customer service.

Waitresses very friendly! Food was great. We had the meatball., it was on thin crispy crust and delicious!
Game room was awesome! Typical arcade games with easy to use game card. Add money as needed and the tickets go directly to your card. We have kids 7,9 and 20 months they all had fun. Great family atmosphere!

Our first time here with the family and it was ok… not great nor horrible, just ok. Right off the bat there is a distinct faded ashtray smell to the old building. For the price I would have expected more, like maybe a plate to eat our pizza but it looks like everyone has to go ask for paper plates so I am just using my napkin, pretty much the same thing. Husband is disappointed that there were no package deals for food and games. I liked the pizza, deep fried pickles, and for an arcade/pizza joint it is quieter than a crazy overstimulating Wunderland. We probably won’t be coming back here. It just wasn’t a good match for the price and our family.

We ordered door dash and had 3 individual pizzas delivered. They came totally burnt. The management refused to help me and said its door dash’s responsibility to refund the money. We only received $15 of a $32. Poor quality and management. I told the manager as he calls himself the district manager that it is due to poor training and their customer service is lousy.

Was enjoyable, staff very friendly, bathroom walls wear gross like someone spit all over them and it dried up. On the outside it looks like they are following sanitary guidlines. Would love to walk through the kitchen to thoroughly make a proper judgment. Pizza was very good, Pepsi products my favorite, I did not notice whether they frequently wipe down joysticks and handles. Unhappy I was unable to consume some beer or cider with my pizza that makes me sad so I took pizza home to go my beer. Odd Moes still has the best wings in Town.

This is the most amazing 0lace for kids and birthday parties. Pizza is great! They no longer serve beer or wine which was a bummer but it is a large space and has so many games for toddlers to adults. You just put money on a gaming card and swipe at machines. They were all kind of spendy , seems like about $1.25 per game but worth it. The toddler merigoround was a favorite! They have a nice prize selection for points earned. You can also purchase the prizes. They take reservations for parties and it’s just a fun place. Felt so much less chaotic than ChuckECheese or similar places. Very clean and wide open spaces. Carpet was great for the toddlers. Bathrooms were clean. Air conditioning was so nice! We will definitely be back!
