Another really good sushi spot opens in the south west. They have a really good variety of rolls and the sashimi is incredibly fresh. I tried the hamachi and ahi and both were generous cuts and on point.
The rolls are a good size and the double yellowtail was spot on. The spider roll was good, but I had to scrape off the sauce that it was drowning in. A dash would be plenty. I was surprised they didn’t have a saki menu and only had 2 options available when I asked. Service was good and the food came out reasonably quick. Very clean and modern inside with a bar area and plenty of TVs.

Hands down, this was some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. The highlight was the 5-foot sushi boat—an absolute showstopper, unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. It was overflowing with thick, buttery cuts of sashimi, vibrant rolls, and specialties that were as beautifully presented as they were delicious.
The avocado bombs were another standout—carefully prepared, bursting with flavor, and plated like a work of art. Every element showed attention to detail, from the freshness of the fish to the balance of textures and flavors.
On top of that, the service was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere inviting yet refined. This restaurant doesn’t just serve sushi, it creates an experience. If you want sushi that raises the bar in every way—presentation, quality, and taste—this is the place. I’ll be dreaming about that boat until I come back!

Not your typical AYCE sushi place, this place is awesome. Come hungry, they have lots of options and on certain days the have special events. Great place, definitely coming back.

This was my second day in a row eating at Now Demand. Yesterday, they had their first Paint Party. I was not part of the paint party but it look like a little of fun.
Today, Jaylynn welcomed us in and sat us down right away. She was friendly, caring and very knowledgeable. She set the bar high for other severs.
We ordered four different rolls, gyoza, jalapeño bombers and hot soka. All of the rolls had so much flavor and the taste was fresh. My favorite was the crispy rice roll.
The restaurant is a must eat place. The entire staff is amazing.

This hidden gem is a brand-new addition to the plaza, and it’s already stealing the spotlight! I stumbled upon Suchi by chance and decided to give it a try—and I’m so glad I did. With an empty evening and a hungry stomach, I ordered the flavorful Dragon Roll and perfectly cooked Salmon Teriyaki, paired with a refreshing, ice-cold draft Sapporo beer. The combination was nothing short of perfection. The bar offered great company, and the food was fresh, delicious, and satisfying. Whether you’re craving sushi or just looking for a vibrant spot to unwind, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

We went at 8pm on a Wednesday night. We were told we could order until 8:45 since they closed at 9. No problem we thought because there was only 1 other table seated and they were almost done. We ordered and it took FOREVER to get our food. The waiter kept forgetting stuff and we were really worried we would get our other 3 rolls before 9pm. The sushi rolls fell apart and my tempura was burned and horribly bitter. When I mentioned it to the waiter he just looked at it and said “yeah, I thought so”. I thought if you knew it was burned, why serve it? Anyway, We will never go back, which is a shame because it is so close to where we live. It was truly awful and a waste of time and money!!

Went in for my first time to order take out for lunch. Staff was very friendly and polite, customer service on point. I put in my order and unfortunately wasn’t able to try the poke nachos as they were out. Not a problem, the waitress said she was able to refund me or I could order something else to make up the difference. Glad I was able to try a few other option on the menu. Btw the sashimi was amazing & the presentation beautiful. Definitely going back to dine in soon!

Stopped in tonight because I saw they were open—easy decision.
Sushi was so good I forgot to snap pics of my roll and nigiri before devouring it.
Sat at the bar with Megan, who was not only friendly but lightning-fast with the service.
Will I be back? Absolutely .

I’m sad to say I had a really long wait time for my pick up order. The food was fantastic as always but it shouldn’t have taken that long. I placed my online order at 7:03p. Estimated pick up was 7:32p. I rec’d my order at 7:55p. There was an error with my order and one roll had to be remade. I didn’t get the roll until 8:20p.

Recently hosted my family to dinner here. I am NOT the sushi expert in my family so will rely on the absolutely GLOWING reviews that my daughters and son-in-law gave the incredible variety of items we enjoyed as part of the Regular Level AYCE menu. We ALL commented on how fresh the ingredients tasted. Our server, Daniel, was FIVE STAR INCREDIBLE! Prompt, super courteous and involved with our experience. The owner of the restaurant stopped by our table and gave us some history on the restaurant’s arrival at this new location. WE WILL BE BACK!!!!!
