I had been eating garbage since getting into town and wanted to try a local restaurant. I just so happen to see Olivia’s on Google so I made the short trip. I nearly skipped out on this place because it looked tiny and a bit odd from the parking lot. I won’t sure that I could even dine in. It honestly looked like a take out only Chinese type place. They actually had a nice and quiet area in the back for dine in customers with plenty of booths and tables. The food was awesome! The bread and pizza were both absolutely delicious. Being from NC, I never really have the opportunity to enjoy authentic Italian food and I’m a pizza lover. I could say it again and again. The place exceeded my expectations! The waitress was a sweetheart and the lady working the register was as nice as she could be. The old saying don’t judge a book by its cover definitely applies to this place. I sure hope to eat here again on my next trip to NJ. I highly recommend this place!

We had an amazing time at Olivia’s II. John is an amazing chef and host. The pizza was the best and we really appreciated the suggestion to have a round Grandma pizza to contrast with the square Honey Bomb. The Thai wings were phenomenal and the wrapped artichoke hearts were marvelously paired their special sauce. Fried calamari was spot on and John’s special red sauce is truly magical. Thanks so much for a great reunion dinner for our fam and can’t wait to stop by on our next trip to NJ!!

First time trying. Drove from Mercer County on a few pizza stops and in a word … BRILLIANT. Great presentation, great taste and the portion size on the chicken parm roll is enormous. Love it!

This is very upsetting to write because Olivia’s Two has been my absolute favorite pizza place in New Jersey. Unfortunately, today was the last time we will be dining there.

Over our last several visits, the service has consistently declined. On one occasion when we ordered pickup, the older woman at the front was scolding a family, telling them the back seating was “table service only.” They had ordered slices and a Caesar salad, and no one offered them the option to dine in or explained the seating beforehand. Another time, when we arrived intending to dine in, the same woman abruptly said, “There’s no room,” without offering a wait time, alternatives, or the option for takeout.

Today was the final straw. My daughter was eating her cutie pie (which is six small pieces). I had eaten two pieces, and she was on her second when I was cutting it into smaller squares and found a black hair underneath the cheese. I immediately informed the waitress. She took the plate away and returned by throwing a new receipt on the table, offering only 20% off the remaining pizza, without a single word or apology. There was more than a third of the pizza left, so it is absolutely untrue to say that we ate the entire pizza.

We are very good customers and have often tipped generously—sometimes up to 50%. That makes this experience especially disappointing.

I will say, the gesture of providing children with coloring books and crayons is thoughtful and appreciated. However, customer service is half of what a business offers in addition to the food. As a business owner myself, I believe customer concerns should always be addressed professionally and with care to ensure quality service.

I was willing to overlook the repeated unprofessional behavior in the past—including issues like the restroom power going out multiple times during a visit—but finding hair in my daughter’s food and the way it was handled is not something I can look past.

Sadly, we will not be returning

I rarely write reviews, but John’s pizza at Olivia’s in Eatontown is so good that I couldn’t resist. I’m 100% Italian, so I am pretty particular about pizza, especially the sauce. This is the best pizza I have ever had, and it’s my go to when I get the craving. See my posted picture. This is not a produced advertisement picture, but the actual slice I just had today. Crust is perfect, no flop, with the perfect crunch. Sauce is excellent, nothing more to say. I always get the large with mushrooms, eggplant, roasted red peppers, and spinach, with extra sauce. If that ever comes as an option, they should call it the Bruno. My usual order is a large house salad with extra chicken, to be health conscious, and then the pizza to indulge. It’s heavenly. The rest of the food is also excellent, but I have to get a pizza when I go. Check it out, highly recommend. You won’t regret it.

Hands down the best pizza around. The pizza is always hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious, and the service is just as good. The entire team is friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit a great experience.

Johnny, the owner, truly cares about his customers, and it shows. You’re treated like family here. It’s a perfect spot for family and friends, whether you’re dining in or grabbing a pie to go.

And don’t sleep on the fresh bread that comes with dinner—it’s amazing.
Love this place and highly recommend it!

Local friends recommended this place when we were in town for a weekend. The staff was very warm and friendly. We tried a meatball, rolled eggplant, and a pizza. Everything was delish. Even though it was a Saturday night and they clearly had a ton of take out orders our meal came out quickly and well paced. Highly recommend if you want a cozy spot to feel like family.

This place is awesome!
John owner of Olivia’s # 2 in Eatontown is amazing. Recently had his Honey Bomb pizza & Chicken Parm rolls & it was delicious. Also all his cold & hot subs are made with more than enough meat & made with love. Delivery is always on time & if you decide to eat inside his place, you will get great service & place is always neat & clean.
If you’re in the Eatontown area or neighborhood, I highly recommend this place.
Enjoy everyone!

Ive have been a customer at Olivia 11 in Eatontown for a long time. Im the biggest critic when it comes to pizza and Italian dishes. Im a Brooklyn born Italian and know good food. Olivia uses all of the freshest ingredients and cook dishes to perfection. Even when I ask for something thats not on the menu they try to accommodate. I use them to cater hot and cold foods. Their heros are always prepared perfect with the right amount of cold cuts. I highly reccomend trying Olivia pizza and pasta in Eatontown. Their prices are very affordable. You will be hooked once you try their food.
