I recently visited this food place while in the area getting my nails done, and I was intrigued when I saw it was open. However, when I walked in, the place looked deserted and not very well-kept, which made me think they might not have updated the establishment in years. There were plenty of seats available, but with only three other customers, that raised my second red flag.
I ordered the breakfast platter, which was reasonably priced, and took it to my car to share with my boyfriend before my appointment. When he went in to ask for a fork, as we didn’t have one in the bag, the lady at the counter responded rudely, asking “For what?” She then argued with him, refusing to give him a fork because he didn’t buy food from there. Even when he offered to pay for it, she still said no. She didn’t know I was in the car and already purchased food.
The service was incredibly rude, and the overall hygiene of the place left much to be desired. I will never eat here again, and I truly don’t understand how they remain in business with such poor treatment of customers. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

I give this place 3 stars only because the breakfast is ok. Wouldn’t recommend the steak tho! Mashed potatoes were absolutely horrible but the service is very friendly.

Come to this old fashioned place and you will have the best breakfast- home made style attended personally by the owner. Come and have great coffee and the best is…..the inexpensive price for a lot of food. Try the French toasts, omelettes, chicken parm over spaghetti. You will love it!!!!

The service and food far exceeded my expectations of this seemingly run down mini-diner. The buttermilk pancakes wer fantastic but what was seemingly only $4.55 for pancakes and $1.50 for coffee turned into $11 when the bill came! The extra charges were somewhat confusing but regardless, solid food and friendly service, definitely worth a try.

I have been ordering from martins for a while and the last two times were horrible. The first time there was melted plastic with my food. This last time was too much I threw up my food. Then I ordered a breakfast sandwich and there was a hair! I am so grossed out I threw out my entire sandwich. Such a shame it used to be such a great place.

My friend got a spicy beef ramen and I got a bento box with spicy tuna roll, edamame and some kind of pork with rice. I dont think I’d order the pork again but I like the other dishes. My friend like his ramen but not the best ramen we have tried. Staff was kind and fast. My only note is the soy sauce was really salty and I think was in the pork which made it overall salty. I may request a low sodium soy sauce.
