Environment is classic while romantic, particularly love the fountain in front of it. There’s both indoor and outdoor dining area, like the outdoor one the better.
Ordered their seafood spaghetti , probably the most delicious one I’ve ever had, the freshness and seasoning of the shrimps are perfect, in the way that you can totally taste the sea.
Meanwhile, the little bit spicy tomato sauce goes so well with the seafood, I literally ate all the sauce using spoon .
The food, the service, the atmosphere,… All top notch!
Our fellow diners at another table ordered the whole fish which was served flambe – very impressive!.
We shared a delicious salad with Vine ripe tomatoes, olives, cucumbers and other goodies, followed by the eggplant appetizer which is scrumptious – I honestly could have made a meal out of just that.
But of course we had to try the pasta with fresh, grated truffles – so rich and creamy!
Other minor notes: the burrata pizza didn’t have good air bubbles in there so the edges and the pizza are a bit too chewy for my liking. The lemon risotto was too sour with the sourness not very well balanced. The sauce in the risotto was more on the liquid side and not well incorporated with the risotto.
Hospitality was phenomenal. Big shout out to Giovani and his team, they took great care of me and my family, our wedding was great and they put the cherry on top. So lucky to have found this place. If your having a large party type of event I’d highly recommend this place. We came in with 24 people. So easy to work with them. Restaurant is beautiful as well. Pictures do not do it Justice.
Food was delicious. They did it family style for the starters which I thought was so cool, our plates were never empty. Lasagna was my favorite, the fried calamari was so different from what ive had at other places.
Definitely returning whenever we are on this side of town.
From the beginning, we were greeted with host and walked through the restaurant to select the seating. The atmosphere was bright and pleasant. Since it was our first visit, it took us a while to decipher the menu, but we ended up selecting their daily specials.
My Cioppino was excellent with lots of seafood. Four large pieces of fish, clams, mussels, scallops and countless pieces of squid. It’s rare that I could not finish the Cioppino.
I would strongly recommend Oliver’s and will visit again when I am in the area.
