Drove by today around lunchtime and saw they were open. Needed a sandwich so stopped in for a turkey/cheese on a roll. Plenty of meat, fresh tomato and Lettice. Looks like they are back open for breakfast and lunch.

Based on one visit. I know all types of pizza. Waterbury native and slice and a Pepsi hound. What struck me was that first bite. I got everything you want in a good pie. The cheeses the salt the sauce the toppings and then the crust. All on point. I would actually put this pie a bit over 4 star but that’s not a given option. My 5 star pie is Modern in New Haven so there’s your yard stick. We are the luckiest state for pizza and probably pretty high on the list for the planet except Naples of course. Go explore!!

We’re New Yorkers and we love their pizza! And they are some of the kindest and friendliest people you will meet. We’ll always order from here whenever we are in town. Highly recommend!!

If you are reading this review, do yourself a favor and order food from Oliver’s. I had the pizza from here for the first time and it blew me away! I am the type of person that will drive an hour to get pizza when the mood strikes me. I’m not kidding when I say that this was the best pizza I have had in YEARS! The owner was wonderful and made sure everything was perfect. I don’t think I’ll be getting my pizza fix from anywhere else. I am looking forward to trying everything else this gem has to offer.

Great for pizza & good for other to-go items.

They opened up four years ago, replacing the previous pizza place on the spot, which they have outlasted. At first their pizza was alright, but they have really developed their craft over time. I wish them many more years.

We don’t go anywhere else for pizza because this is by far the BEST pizza around!! We always get friendly service and quality, delicious pizza. Our favorites are the Margarita, Di Parma, and Hawaiian.

Ok it might be out of the way for you, but if you love GREAT PIZZA, you need to do it.

Crispy, hand crafted, NY style awesomeness.

I had the Hawaiian which was a red pie and had ham, bacon, and pineapple.

there’s only like 2 tables in there so either grab and go or do picnic style. It’s probably mostly take out because in middle of nowhere plus train station.

2 days ago, I’m still thinking about it.

I feel incredibly grateful to live so close to one of my favorite pizza places in the world. Not only is the pizza (and other amazing offerings) consistently fantastic, the team members are incredibly friendly & welcoming. I couldn’t recommend Oliver’s more highly!
