Went in Thursday to order a German Chocolate Cake for my dads birthday. I had very high hopes because their pastries and such are delicious! However, for $40 I basically got a chocolate frosting and a weeeee bit of the traditional frosting. When I expressed my concern, they were like what can we do? Unfortunately at that point I had to go to work , and I didn’t think they had the frosting ready. I’m very disappointed. Do not go for a custom cake- stick to donuts

I ordered a birthday cake for my best friend who I haven’t seen in years from Oliver’s Bakery due to reviews online. Unfortunately I was so embarrassed when it was time to serve it. First there were numerous holes and pockets of air throughout the cake. Second who layers a cake with both layers with the rounded top against each other. No wonder the top layer slid right off the bottom layer after cutting into it. Third the cake was so dense and dry. I ended up throwing it into the garbage and went to purchase a cake from another business. I will never purchase another item from Oliver’s. So sad.

The Best Doghnuts in Wisconsin. Get in early. Everything else is delicious & made with craftsmanship & care. The variety of muffins make it difficult to choose. The Danish is fantastic but I was pleasantly surprised by a raspberry roll. I asked for cinnamon but they were out. It was a fine learning experience. Enjoy

As you can tell by my name, Im a bit of a connoisseur. I used to drive a semi and have had donuts all over the country. Olivers stands above and beyond anything I’ve ever had. You can literally taste the love and care that goes into each donut with every bite. 11/10!

There cake and service has really gone down hill from years ago … first I wanted just a price quote.So I put it in online hoping some new call me or some mean.Email of how much it was gonna be in l.The info they never did that yesterday.I got a call that the cake was ready im like one told me any info … so im thinking okay maybe a price adjustment becouse they were in the wrong nope instead they said I can or don’t pick it up so I did and it was not even that good of a cake not worth $33 they wrote the name so poorly I askes for butter cream they gave me this gross super sweet frosting that made my birthday person throw up . Amd now a second person sick !… never again will I order a cake from you friends or family and I have a HIUGE Italian family

The donuts and baked goods here are always awesome! I highly recommend the bakery for all your sweet tooth needs. We stopped by recently & they had a lemon cake cup that is now forever my go to cake. It’s like a lemoncello moist awesomeness cake! Service is always great here and reasonably priced. If you stop you won’t be disappointed. I requested small individual sized kringles for my team as a speciality order one time and they found a way to make them during the pandemic, turned out awesome. They were a huge hit, my team at the time was in Chicago & had never heard of a kringle….but because of Oliver’s Bakery they absolutely love them!

Every couple of months I order apple fritters from here. They only make them on Saturdays and I have found its best to order because they sell out by like 9. I always order at least 24 because I can freeze them and they still taste just as fresh as the day I picked them up. I also always pick up a couple of their amazing muffins. Their fritters are as large as a plate and melt in your mouth delicious. The price can not be beat. The employees are always so friendly and ready and willing to help with any questions you may have. I never wanted to write a review because I wanted to keep them a local secret.

We ordered a 1/2 sheet cake for our 40th wedding anniversary. It was delicious! Very moist and the frosting was not overly sweet. Everyone at our Church loved it with no leftovers. That’s the sign of a solid cake. Absolutely recommend this old fashioned neighborhood bakery!

I’ve never been in the store but the woman baker who made my stepdaughters cake did a phenomenal job on the drop of a dime too. I’ve been so ill I got around to most everything but…. THE CAKE! Oh no!! Walmart was no good for what I envisioned and closed until Monday. Olivers Bakery responded to my email very first thing, I sent some pictures she couldn’t do, then one she could do… only she did it better!!! It’s gorgeous, she was in the biggest time crunch and I couldn’t be any more grateful! It looks like it took hours but you’re just a natural. I will definitely be using for my upcoming sons bday Xmas eve I’ll be better prepared this time. Thank you so much! I will update with pics later.
