It was Father’s day and lines at the Mad Rooster was for 2 hours we left and drove towards Lake Michigan. We walked around and saw Olive Tree was not busy. It was a very pleasant surprise because the food was great and no waiting to get seated.

Very cute place. Service was good. Coffee was good. BLT CLUB was fresh but a bit dry. ROAST BEEF and Swiss PANINI could have been toasted more on the side you can’t see and The meat was tough. The ranch was more on the tartar sauce taste side. The Fries were perfect.

Me and my family used to live above this place. There was a HUGE roach problem, and the owners flat up refused to fix it or call exterminators. Later, this turned into a lawsuit for child endangerment because of the roaches, and we had to move 2 states away. Also, the fire escape was missing multiple stairs, and there were many riots, so there were many safety hazards.
