We don’t live particularly close and thus don’t get here as often as we like, but it’s become our favorite restaurant in the area. The food is always outstanding and we’ve always had excellent service. Nice outdoor seating area as well as the inside portion. The menus varies depending on lunch or dinner, and it’s great for business lunches or family dinners.

First time eating here. We had the charcuterie bosrd with side of tabouli with pita. Was very good, could have used a sauce like tiziki. We normally eat lite for an early dinner and I would recommend this at a minimum.

Our family was staying at the hotel across the street and needed some fast take out for dinner. We ordered by phone and were able to pick it up a few minutes later. We ordered a few wraps, fries, Pirogies, hummus, and cookies. It was all super fresh and fantastic. Would highly recommend this place if you are in the area. Will definitely eat there again if we stay in the area.

I don’t get the chance to go here often, but the food is consistent in quality and the place itself is always clean and looks nice. Today I got the hummus with pita and veggies, chicken salad on toasted rye with pickle spear and a (large) cup of tomato soup. It was all fresh and delicious, and for $22 I got a huge meal plus leftovers for lunch tomorrow.

Very nice place to eat, I tried the lamb and stuffed grape leafs. The food was very tasty, I did have to ask for a refill on my drink. Nice place to have a meal and will definitely return if I’m in the area.

We’ve recently been to 3 unrelated restaurants with the name Olive Tree — all good. But this one was the BEST. Try the salads–very fresh with delicious Greek dressing that tasted homemade. And the Philly beef sandwich was tender & flavorful. Next time I’m driving thru the area, I’ll make a detour to return to this Olive Tree

Got the 7″ Italian sub. Very tasty, cooked, prepared and seasoned perfectly. Thanks chef. A little pricey at $11 dollars. It comes only with a pickle spear which was a little sad. See photos.

The excellent food and charming atmosphere make this a favorite spot for us whenever we visit Charleston. Last night, our server, Harper, was incredibly attentive, and we truly admired the journey she’s on. The owner always greets us personally, whether by petting our service pup or checking that our needs are met. Great lunch with my dad today. Had to be sure to get him to try the fried feta. Service was fantastic, and so was the food.
