Evening was amazing, except for the manager. He was so arrogant and impatient. It was our first time dining in the restaurant (before, we only ordered to go, and that was 8 years ago).
Our server was wonderful — she created such an amazing atmosphere for us. We were enjoying our time so much until the manager ruined it.
We ordered 3 entrées, and each one comes with a side option of soup or salad. We chose two salads and one soup. After we finished them, we simply wanted to order more salad and soup.
Instead of politely explaining that sharing is not allowed and that we would need to pay extra if we wanted more, he impatiently said, “I’m going to charge you extra.” The vibe he projected was so rude.
He completely ruined our beautiful first impression of the restaurant.
Another thing that felt like a total scam was the game charge on the tablet. It’s so misleading because the first person who usually grabs those tablets at the table is a kid. Kids don’t read the instructions or the intro screens — they just start tapping and playing.
Our son played for only a couple of minutes, and we were charged $3 for basically two minutes. That is honestly crazy.
Because of these two things, I’m going to give this restaurant 3 stars, even though it could have easily been 5.

After a disastrous lunch attempt across the street at Applebee’s, we walked into Olive Garden hoping to salvage the day — and thanks to Bella, we absolutely did.
She was a breath of fresh air. Kind, attentive, upbeat, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to have a server who not only does their job well but elevates the entire experience. Bella made sure everything was perfect, checked in at just the right times, and completely shifted the tone of our afternoon.
The food was excellent, the service was flawless, and the hospitality was top tier. Bella turned what started as a frustrating midday into a genuinely enjoyable lunch. Five stars without hesitation.

It’s been a long time since I’ve been to a restaurant where something didn’t go wrong. The specific Olive Garden is very clean with very helpful staff. My drink was never empty and never wanted for anything because the waiter would stop by often to check on us. I understand that’s their job but I never saw any staff with a bad look on their face. Definitely not an overwhelmed staff. Food was fresh hot and amazing. Just so you don’t think it only happened once it’s happened twice in a row now.

all right so I gave a second chance to them after the first time they messed up my check-in for it to go order. again today I got my order check in messed up once again so that’s two for two that this restaurant successfully fails at to go check in orders. please fix your online ordering system otherwise get rid of it if you can’t support it.

I have been to this location multiple times and I’ve been coming to olive garden since I was a toddler and today I had the best experience I have ever received at an Olive Garden, Elia was amazing, she tended to every need and our waters were always full! I got the unlimited soup and as soon as I got to the bottom of my plate she was ready with my next soup and salad. She is very kind very fast and with the help of the kitchen was serving quality food. This was the best experience I have ever had here. My hope is that whatever manager is reading this asks her what her secret is because they need to do a training on how amazing her service is and train more servers this way.

The food was great, this place cleanliness can definitely improve. The customer service is just okay, not really a friendly environment. Nobody smiles or greet you.

We called ahead to see what the wait time and seating options were. There was no wait and a half booth available which was better than the 20 minute wait and no booth availability at the Arden location. The lights outside on the porch make it look so beautiful at night. We walked in and were greeted and seated right away. It wasn’t too busy for 9pm on a Friday night. There was a lot of staff compared to the amount of guests which tells me it was unexpectedly slow. We got our drinks from the waitress and ordered our appetizer through the little thing on the table. It came pretty quickly, surprisingly, and it was lukewarm and probably not fresh. The way the cheese didn’t ooze out when you bit into them demonstrated their lack of freshness. Next we received our salad and breadsticks. They were wrapped so nicely in a warm, cozy napkin. They’ve changed over the years, and are a bit saltier than preferred and what happened to the crumbles that used to be on top? The salad and breadsticks are always delicious. The chicken and gnocchi soup was very good. Finally our food came and the ravioli was okay. I usually love any vegetarian ravioli I have access to but these were okay. I decided to try them this time because last time I tried the five cheese ziti which was mediocre as well. My friend got the chicken Alfredo which looked amazing and I might imagine it was considering their Alfredo sauce is really delicious. We took most of our food home. We were also charged for a game on the little thing on the table, so don’t touch it if you don’t want to be charged. We didn’t even play it, we were just looking around and all of a sudden the game started. I didn’t realize it until later that night because I failed to do as my mom says and make sure the charges are accurate. The service was decent, the food was decent, and I might go here again. There is plenty of parking since this location is within a shopping center.

Beautiful interior, good food and service. Recommended. We tried shrimp scampi, chicken Alfredo, eggplant pamesan, minestone soup, chicken creamy dumplings soup, and salad. All were delicious. Grandma enjoyed her martini as well. Only the spike strawberry lemonade was too strong for us.

Loved my eggplant parmesan with sweet red roscato. Also ordered chicken gnocchi and shrimp scampi and both are delicious to the point of wiping the plate clean! Dessert at the end is the cherry on the top!!

Prompt service, tasty food, large entree, friendly service from Dee, clean, reasonable prices and appears fairly new. We were seated immediately. Of course Tuesday is probably not as busy as on weekends. We were pleased with this Olive Garden and would return if in the area
