Food: 10/10
The food was hot, the refills were timely, and the desserts were fresh and sweet!
Service: 10/10
Our server was amazing, she treated us like VIP guests, her attitude was amazing, and the manager on the floor seemed very nice! Nothing but smiles and laughter in the air!
Atmosphere: 10/10
The atmosphere was great, exactly what you’d expect an Olive Garden to host! Very peaceful and relaxing!
The service was exceptional. Aaron was so friendly, fast, and attentive to our needs. He was also very knowledgeable and able to answer our random questions, like how much soup OG goes through in a day! Honestly the best server I’ve ever had anywhere.
The food was great. We got the baked ziti and eggplant parm and would recommend both. Atmosphere was nice, especially with the lunchtime sunshine coming in!
My cousin was visiting from Canada and insisted that we go, and I’m so glad we did. We would 100% come back!!
First, the salad was absolutely drenched in salad dressing, making half of it inedible. I ordered the Veterans Day spaghetti and meatballs, my wife had the Never Ending pasta with spaghetti and meat sauce, as did my friend, who had rigatoni and meat sauce. The first thing we noticed was there wasn’t enough sauce on the spaghetti, and very little meat in what was there. After the spaghetti was mixed with the sauce, it was like there was no sauce at all and no taste, just the noodles. I asked for more sauce, and that made it acceptable, except the meat was still lacking. It never used to be like this,. I had asked for bread sticks with no salt, but didn’t receive them until I was done with my meal, after I reminded our waitress. Then they had no butter on them, so I gave up on that. Just an all around bad experience!
When it was time to pay, we never received a receipt, only the charge slip for $44.65. We left a $8.35 tip, which was too much considering the service. Upon leaving we discussed the bill on the way home because it seemed excessive, because my Veterans Day Meal was supposed to be free. We only had two cokes and one water, so with tax it should have been $38.65, a $6.00 overcharge. This was not acceptable and needless to say, I won’t be coming back to this Olive Garden again!
The food was decent, but nothing outstanding: Fettuccine alfredo was good, but a little grainy in texture, breadsticks always good, and salad was almost a soup with all the dressing. Soups were good, but not memorable.
Where this place really shined was the wait staff!
Attentive, but not overbearing, kind and genuine!
