Olive Garden is just another chain, americanized Italian restaurant. The food is okay, but not authentic. Prescott has a couple true, authentic Italian restaurants that are much better, and small business, not chain restaurants. The service at OG was excellent. The atmosphere was busy, a little noisy, but that was because everyone was engaged with someone. That’s always a good thing. My overall impression of this particular OG is that they really want to serve their customers with respect, attention, and courtesy. Overall, my visit here was good in spite of it being a chain restaurant.

Our server was amazing, she treated us like VIP guests, her attitude was amazing, and the manager on the floor seemed very nice! Nothing but smiles and laughter in the air!

The atmosphere was great, exactly what you’d expect an Olive Garden to host! Very peaceful and relaxing!

A great experience we had originally stopped at another restaurant and were treated like we were a bother, so we chose to take the tour of Italy at Olive Garden. Our server Chris was amazing and provided excellent service. My chicken was a bit dry and the breadsticks were a bit hard. Overall not a bad experience.

This Olive Garden exceeded my expectations in every way.

The service was exceptional. Aaron was so friendly, fast, and attentive to our needs. He was also very knowledgeable and able to answer our random questions, like how much soup OG goes through in a day! Honestly the best server I’ve ever had anywhere.

The food was great. We got the baked ziti and eggplant parm and would recommend both. Atmosphere was nice, especially with the lunchtime sunshine coming in!

My cousin was visiting from Canada and insisted that we go, and I’m so glad we did. We would 100% come back!!

Stopped in while waiting for our car which was getting serviced. Walked in and staff looked at us like we were lost or not welcomed. We were seated and ordered but the whole time we were constantly be asked if we needed anything like they wanted us out the door right away. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming , it was uncomfortable to have this experience especially with my kids. Sadly we didn’t get to eat our food as they keep coming up, so we just left the place. We definitely won’t be returning to Prescott Olive Garden again.

As a veteran coming for their Veterans Day Offer of a free entree, my visit to Olive Garden with my wife and friend should have been an enjoyable experience. I like the Olive Garden concept but unfortunately the Prescott location always disappoints me. I usually have better luck at the Olive Gardens in other locations.

First, the salad was absolutely drenched in salad dressing, making half of it inedible. I ordered the Veterans Day spaghetti and meatballs, my wife had the Never Ending pasta with spaghetti and meat sauce, as did my friend, who had rigatoni and meat sauce. The first thing we noticed was there wasn’t enough sauce on the spaghetti, and very little meat in what was there. After the spaghetti was mixed with the sauce, it was like there was no sauce at all and no taste, just the noodles. I asked for more sauce, and that made it acceptable, except the meat was still lacking. It never used to be like this,. I had asked for bread sticks with no salt, but didn’t receive them until I was done with my meal, after I reminded our waitress. Then they had no butter on them, so I gave up on that. Just an all around bad experience!

When it was time to pay, we never received a receipt, only the charge slip for $44.65. We left a $8.35 tip, which was too much considering the service. Upon leaving we discussed the bill on the way home because it seemed excessive, because my Veterans Day Meal was supposed to be free. We only had two cokes and one water, so with tax it should have been $38.65, a $6.00 overcharge. This was not acceptable and needless to say, I won’t be coming back to this Olive Garden again!

Have not eaten at Olive Garden in many years!

The food was decent, but nothing outstanding: Fettuccine alfredo was good, but a little grainy in texture, breadsticks always good, and salad was almost a soup with all the dressing. Soups were good, but not memorable.

Where this place really shined was the wait staff!

Attentive, but not overbearing, kind and genuine!

Food tasted fine, but absolutely no garnish, pretty barren looking plate. I got the sirloin steak and it came with Pasta Alfredo, colorless and unapp Arizona, but tasted fine. Husband got Taste of Italy, also no garnish and pretty dry looking, must have sat under the food warmer while they cooked my steak. Tasted alright though. Could have used more sauce to freshen it up, but hubby never said anything until afterwards.
