We came here on a Saturday morning since we were out running errands early. We waited at the host table for a few minutes, and our server took us to our table. Our server was Angela, who was very nice. We got water for our drinks. I ordered a Build Your Own Omelette with cheddar, caramelized onions, spinach, and bacon. My sister ordered the cinnamon roll pancake slam with turkey bacon and scrambled eggs with cheese. We waited a little over 15 minutes for our food. I was pleased with the omelette, but the onions were a little overwhelming. The pieces were large, and I prefer them to be a little smaller. The hashbrowns were a little crispy, and some were a little burnt. The toast was really good. I tried the pancakes and they were very sweet and tasted great. Overall, we had a really nice time here. The prices were reasonable for the portions. I had not been to a Denny’s in a long time, but this was a pleasant experience.

The table was dirty the waitress had on her outside jacket. They took extra long to bring coffee that was cold. She talked to coworkers rather than us. They manager was busy laughing with the staff. My food wasn’t pleasing to my eyes. I didn’t eat it nor drink anything. Very disappointing.

Worse experience I ever had at Dennys. I could hear the staff using fou language in the kitchen. I heard them say the store was closing in 15 minutes. Not repeating the curse words. The employee speaking the foul language looked surprised to see me sitting in the dining area after the waitress gave him my order The steak looked like it had been boiled to possibly thaw out and then fried. I ordered the eggs, steak, and hash browns. I tried to eat the steak but it tasted awful. I think the waitress was the manager because she was rushing them and said the store is closing in 15 minutes. Never eating there again. I told the waitress next time I will be eating at a steak house because the steak was not cooked properly and tasted awful. She didn’t offer an apology and seemed offended. This Dennys is on Memorial Drive, Greenville, NC. I posted a review on their website but never received any feedback.

Our waiter was Kiki and she was amazing. We received it as soon as we arrived at a good table. She got a drink orders right away. She was kind and friendly and very easy to speak with. Soon there after, she took our food orders and did not write anything down. She repeated our orders back to us exactly as we had spoke them to her. While our food was being prepared, she came out and had a conversation with us because there was almost no one there at 7:15 AM in the morning on a Sunday. We learned many things about each other and several things we had in common. Our food was hot and delicious. It’s probably the best experience I’ve ever had at this Denny’s. The restaurant had a 90 grade. However, the place was very clean. It smelled sanitized and we observed heavy duty cleaning while we were there. I would recommend this restaurant if it continues this type of service.

Dennys is normally one of my favorite places to eat…. this trip not so much. My fries where burnt…. there was a bug n my water… server never came back for me to get another drink… the waitress couldn’t remember my order and kept coming back asking… no soap in bathroom…This is my last trip to this dennys.

If management values its reputation, a serious reassessment of the cooking staff and preparation standards is long overdue.

There has been only one time the food was strange. Strange as in wife and I ordered the everything omelet but seemed like she she got more of the meats and I got the veggies. However, we shared and the taste was awesome as always.
