We ordered food to go. The instructions were that we would receive a text and we had to reply to the text the parking space number. We were told our food would be ready by 8 pm (one hour after I placed my order online). My husband arrived on time and after waiting for 5 minutes I called to ask for an update. After being on hold for 11 minutes my husband got off the vehicle and went to the window. Our food had been sitting there and nobody cared to text us. We live 10 minutes away. By the time he got home the food was cold, so we know our food had been sitting for a while. Our salads literally had 2 pieces of tomato and 2 olives. And pieces of lettuce in my salad were bad.

Weather we decide to dine in or get carry out. It’s always a great experience. The employees are very attentive and happy to bring more bread sticks or take our order to go. We order to go at least once a week and they always get it right. Nothing missing and nothing colld. Except of course the salad. Excellent food and excellent service. I strongly recommend it.

I’ve been to this location before but hasn’t been in a while. (With kids, dining out can be expensive!) However today we went, and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Especially having kids, staff that cater to the kids is helpful. My daughter noted that she loves croutons and one of the waitresses brought her a dish of croutons. I believe we may have had a new hire as our main server, which was fine, I could tell the staff were working as a team. And there seemed to be a breadstick shortage as they said for our second round they were waiting on them to come out of the oven. I understand as Sunday afternoons are busy!

The last few times I’ve gone I’ve had excellent service. The waitresses have been very accommodating. The last time there was an error and someone was served the wrong meal and they went above and beyond to make up for it. The food was fantastic, breadsticks kept coming, and everything came out very hot. Excellent cocktails too!

If your hungry, this is a great option. Unlimited salad and bread sticks is a great start. The chicken parm is massive. 2 large pieces of chicken with lots of cheese. The calamari was also large. Surprisingly, the 6oz was perfectly cooked. Bottomless coke was a nice bonus as well.

Service was quick and very friendly. We’d definitely come back to this location again

All in all it was a good feast. We were all hungry and left very satisfied.

Me and my family went to dinner there on Sunday 1/25/26. We called quite a few days ahead to let them know it was going to be a very big party considering we were celebrating a wedding. We were seated right at the time we reserved which was nice. When we sat down we had to wait probably ten minutes for every table to get bread sticks, almost as if they didn’t prepare for us. They finally got the ball rolling food was great everyone got what they ordered in a timely manner. Service was great our waitress was awesome. Until it wasn’t…. When it came time to pay the bill they informed us that THEY would be separating each check, which was nice especially because we had some older folks who just like to pay for what they ordered and get their receipt. When the time came to actually collect the money they walked around with these little tablets and told everyone they had to select their own meal and pay for it. ‘Okay I don’t get why we had to wait for you to separate it if we had to do it ourselves anyways but whatever’. Then we started to pay and the tablets started acting up after some people already started to pay, which made everyone else stop working. So they tried to figure it out we ended up figuring it out and everyone paid their bill…. Or so we thought. After 75% of our dinner party had physically left the restaurant they proceeded to tell us we still owed over 100 dollars…. And someone needed to pay for it. I asked for a manager he never came over and tried to rectify the situation or help us figure out what went wrong. In my opinion this was very poor customer service…. We shouldn’t have had to separate our own checks, or had to deal with these computers that obviously don’t work. We should’ve had someone going around doing this for us, and at the end of it all when THEIR MACHINES screwed it up we should been comped for the over one hundred dollars that was missing because how are supposed to know who did or didn’t pay for something when a lot of us got the same things. It was a frustrating experience and it could’ve been a lot less aggravating with management present and helping deal with the situation. Sam was a great waitress and this doesn’t at all reflect on her. She shouldn’t have had to deal with this at all.

It was a great experience to see the manager on duty try the best she could to fix an issue with an entree a friend ordered. Solid customer service that prioritizes the individual as much as possible over business needs. The food was great! I have and will continue to be a returning customer.

We had such a wonderful experience at Olive Garden! Lynn, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared that we enjoyed our meal. Our server, Raquell, was absolutely amazing! She was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive to every detail. Our drinks were always full, our food came out perfectly timed, and she made us feel so welcome throughout our visit.

It’s rare to find a team that works so seamlessly and makes you feel like family. Thank you, Lynn and Raquell, for making our dining experience exceptional! We’ll definitely be coming back.
