We had an amazing experience at Olive Garden! It had been a few years since I’ve been here, but we certainly were not disappointed. The service was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Our server was on top of everything without being overbearing, which made the meal even more enjoyable.
The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we hoped for when dining here. Everything came out hot and well-prepared, and the portions were generous.
Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience with great food and excellent service. Highly recommend!

It had been awhile since coming to this location and we chose the most busiest time to come: homecoming night.
Yet, in spite the hustle and bustle, both Valery and Kellsie provided premium service. Valery provided us a welcoming attitude and provided us a good seating area. Kellsie was attentive and kept checking on us as they had a packed house.
The service outperformed the food as we tried the never-ending pasta bowl, which we could not indulge beyond a and small portion (that we didn’t even finish).
Some new things we noticed this time, as it had been a “minute”: gaming console for $2.99, likely to keep the kiddos occupied; leftover type meals for a small fee; new menu items like shrimp fritto misto and pumpkin cheesecake.

Great lunch. Soup, salad and breadsticks. It was busy getting in and took a bit to get the food. Once the food came, the waitress kept on top of it. Got my salad the way I like it without all the hubbub. Lettuce, croutons, and dressing. Yummy. I tried a coke with vanilla and it was good also. Breadsticks were fresh and hot. Couldn’t ask for better today.

Laurie and Paris were absolutely wonderful. The food was really delicious, but the best part of the whole experience was the service. They made me feel truly special and helped make my daughter’s birthday absolutely perfect. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommended!

We decided to go to Olive Garden last night, and it was a great experience! We were greeted and seated quickly, especially for a Friday night, and the host took our drink orders to expedite service. Our server was prompt, friendly and helpful. Dinner was great-delicious food, great portion sizes and good prices! Olive Garden will always be a staple on our date night rotation.

I felt unwell before visiting, but the service made me feel better. My stomach was up for something light, and that’s what I got. We were a group of adults and children, and they were kind and attentive. The food was excellent in my opinion, even though I wasn’t feeling up to eating!

Food was bland and honestly it was edible but not satisfying. Our waiter was good, they were slow getting the main food out. It was overall like maybe an 6 out of 10.

Went to pick up online order wife made. I showed up early, and let them know I was there to pick up the order. Because I was early I was informed it would be done soon but was not yet ready, which I assumed was going to happen because I was early. I did not expect to get the food before the time it was estimated. I was however angry at the fact the 6 minutes after the pick up time I was still waiting in the store and the order wasn’t ready yet. Turn out being 10 feet from the to go pick up area and letting them know ypur here for pick up does not mean they will tell you when your order is done. 6 minutes after the order time was supposed to be done I go to the pick up window I was waiting 10 feet from and ask if the order is almost done, they grab a bag they had put aside and gave it to me. They fulfilled the oder on time or before and didn’t care to let me know the order was ready. The worst customer service from a Togo oder I have ever had from a pick up order. No other restaurant I have ever done a pick up order has ever finished my order, been able to look at me and then did and said nothing about that order being done. This was for the large order of gnocchi soup and bread stick, nothing else.

Olive Garden in the parking lot of Fashion Place Mall is and has been for 25+ years a great place to get some decent Italian food for the price point and what you get. In my opinion, their Alfredo sauce is the best anywhere. I know that’s always up for debate! But I like the tang and garlicy creaminess of it. Place is always clean and usually great service, although I found it sorely lacking lately. Help is hard to find, I get it, but the service isn’t what it used to be. Place is almost always packed as well, so there’s that. Plan on a wait!
