Unfortunately today I didn’t get an opportunity to enjoy my impossible Whopper at Burger King they had all of the doors locked at the Ives Dairy 199th location I was not in a typical motor vehicle that could be serviced at the window. I was on a motor cycle and it was pouring down rain so obviously I could not wait in the rain in line behind seven cars to be served. So I knocked on the door I realize that this door was locked seeing that no one came to the door so I drive around to the other side in the rain knocked on the door on the other side of the entry doors. I saw all the workers in the kitchen working the security officer was standing in the lobby and there was I believe two people sitting at the table in the lobby no one open the doors this was approximately 4:30p in the afternoon I’m still not understanding why the doors are not locked to customers that wanted to dine in. So I even called on the phone to see if someone would pick up and let me know what is going on why are the doors locked why are you not serving anyone inside of the restaurant. After five rings it went to voicemail and no one picked up the phone. Unfortunately I didn’t get to enjoy Burger King this evening. I would recommend that all stay away from this location.

I placed my order via drive thru and specifically asked for everything to be fresh. The older female employee took my payment then asked me to drive around up front to wait for my order. When the food was bought out to me and I inspected it, fries were cold and you can literally taste the old grease it was fried in. Very disappointed

11/5 Update: Weekdays are really good with French toast. Weekends need to be retrained. Hard as wood and I ordered multiple “freshly cooked.” Location on 127th and 7th Ave can help.

2 of 4 Order combos incorrect, cold (fish, fries BK Quarter missing bacon …)! Whomever is on the line reading your screen to make the food needs training! You advertise “have it your way” but you “can’t get it your way” when your line team staff are not on it or does not follow the directions as it appears on the screen above! This is very common at many of your franchises! It’s very frustrating. $26 of cold and wrong orders is not consumer friendly

Came here for a quick bite to eat. I had the whopper cut in half, off the boiler with no tomatoes, onion rings, and a sweet tea. My food came out hot and fresh. The tea wasn’t sweet, but I didn’t know that until I drove off, and I didn’t feel like turning around bc I had somewhere else to be. Overall, it was alright ♀️

This is probably the worst Burger King I ever been to. The staff avoids communication when you walk in , kitchen fully staffed and all the person up front is doing is placing stickers on bags and walking out orders for the drive thru that they keep parking . Been standing up front for 30 mins for a burger and fry mobile order that was supposed to be ready 49 mins ago. Staff member is upset says he’s tired and keeps locking the front door , it’s 3:33pm

this location has to get better. it has poor management & slow service also for a couple of weeks now i’ve been getting syrup that is literally puffed up & smells sour once open. this is what i found today wow, disappointing.
