Hopefully Corporate can give this unpleasant person correct training to work with Customers. This Lady Supposedly Named FAIT had the Nastiest Attitude when attending customers or at least Just attending me, every time I come to this place she has a problem with me, I ordered food & my food gets served half way before it gets given to me, FAIT doesn’t PROPERLY READ the ORDERS to have the order Completed, this is a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT, so why isn’t my order completed correctly. my Drinks were left on the counter & Fait Doesn’t even know if those drinks belong to my order because she doesn’t have proper work training, the drinks my girlfriend had to reach over the counter to get them herself cause FAIT said those are your drinks there, my girlfriend asked for Sauce as well & Fait ignored her request & left her waiting with the food for about 4-5 mins until she finished looking busy so she could just make US wait on purpose while OUR FOOD GETS COLD. I get up to ask for sauce & there’s never Zesty sauce when I ask for it, I also asked for another sauce but I was ignored on purpose again. I told the Lady if I can have the Sauce I need because we have OUR food & it’s getting Cold by now. FAIT response was that she was attending a Custom & I have to wait, so I told her I already have my food & its getting Cold from all this waiting, I want my sauce so I can eat, it’s not fair I ordered food before the 2 people who were being attended & I have to wait EXTRA TIME BECAUSE I CANT GET PROPER SERVICE. THIS LADY ALWAYS DOES THE SAME THING EVERY TIME I COME TO EAT, SHE GIVES SUCH A BAD SERVICE THAT MY APPETITE GOES AWAY, ITS DISGUSTING TO HAVE SOMEONE WITH THIS NASTY ATTITUDE TO ATTEND PEOPLE. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK YO THIS LOCATION AT ALL & BURGER KING DEFINITELY NEEDS TO DO BETTER WITH THE PEOPLE THEY HIRE TO WORK AT THIER COMPANY

Ordered my food via drive thru. The employee sounded agitated that was the first clue to just keep going. But I was craving a whopper so I continued with my order. Pay for my order and of course they ask to pull up front for more time. I waited 20 minutes nothing, pulls back around to the drive thru and now nobody knows where my order is. I requested a refund, was given that. However after speaking to 3 employees no one ver said they were sorry or attempted to rectify the situation. I feel this store needs training on customer satisfaction and retention.

I placed my order via drive thru and specifically asked for everything to be fresh. The older female employee took my payment then asked me to drive around up front to wait for my order. When the food was bought out to me and I inspected it, fries were cold and you can literally taste the old grease it was fried in. Very disappointed

Bad customer service, always takes long, they make you back up in drive thru, so their service times look better to cooperate and if you refuse they treat you bad(God knows what they do to your food if you dont do it)

11/5 Update: Weekdays are really good with French toast. Weekends need to be retrained. Hard as wood and I ordered multiple “freshly cooked.” Location on 127th and 7th Ave can help.
This is the slowest BK ever. It takes a century to have your order taken. At the very least a simple acknowledge me to like “ hello, we’ll be with you shortly” could go a long way. I understand the staffing shortage however the quality customer service is a necessity in any business. 2 stars only because my French toast was good and the guy was friendly when he my order was finally taken.

Me and my daughters go to this particular location at least three times a month. Either for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. This location is Extremely consistent with their service. Always personable. Definitely courteous… & it seems they’re trained to give you the necessary condiments for your dining experience. Every time I ask for ketchup or some other sauce, they smile and say it’s in the bag. They’re really, really good. I had to finally share my opinion.
