We love coming to Olive Garden for date night! Last night we ordered two appetizers, salad, breadsticks, Cheese Ravioli with Alfredo and the Five Cheese Ziti. The food is always hot and always tastes amazing and the restaurant itself was clean. The service is always also spectacular and this time I finally caught our servers name. Thank you Jennifer O !! She was very kind and attentive to us.

The evening of February 15th, we visited this Olive Garden location with our four children, during an incredibly difficult time. We are only in town to be with a loved one who is passing away. We chose a national chain specifically hoping for a safe, sanitary meal after experiencing poor food safety elsewhere in town, but what we encountered was repulsive and a blatant health code violation.
One of our main entrees was served with the server’s thumb clearly inside the bowl. To our horror, that thumb had a fabric bandage on it. Seeing a used, unchanged bandage in direct contact with our food was sickening; my partner couldn’t even touch the dish after that.
When the manager arrived, the situation only worsened. He lacked professional boundaries, standing uncomfortably close to me while insistently demanding that we help him identify which staff member had served the plate. Rather than taking immediate accountability for the lack of basic hygiene standards, the focus was placed on us to solve their internal staffing issues.
We used to love Olive Garden, but it is clear that the standards here have fallen dangerously low. Serving food while wearing a bandage without a protective glove is a major health risk, and the unprofessional management made an already painful trip even harder. We will not be returning.

I wanted to write a quick specific review. Our experiences at Olive Garden are frequent across 4 different states, a few times a month. The server we had tonight was one of the best we’ve had at any, ever. Incredibly prompt, very personable, and just lovely. To help track them down, we were a part of two for Tom, sat in the bar area very close to the door around 7 tonight. She was just the best.

We also had some food allergies that they were very aware of and took great care of our needs! We were celebrating a state golf championship. The Salad that is brought to you prior to your meal was a lovely appetizer. The subtle but flavorful dressing was very gracious with every bite.
The Stuffed Tortellini Chicken Alfredo and Salad was a delicious meal.
The pasta was full of flavor with the cream cheese with mild seasonings, combined with the creamy Alfredo sauce and parmesan cheese; which complimented each other perfectly.
Lastly the 8 layer chocolate cake was amazing. You had chocolate and caramel with each layer. The cake had a crust of chocolate that gave it a nice touch with eat bite. Topping it off with Hershey’s chocolate syrup.
The overall setting was fantastic for a Wednesday evening for a birthday dinner.

Went here for my birthday because it’s been my favorite restaurant for years. Upon arriving our server told us we came on the wrong night. Not a great way to start out. They didn’t have any Alfredo or 5 cheese marinara. At 7:30pm. It took forever to get finally get out apps and when the food came out mine was good but my boyfriend’s meal was dead and had obviously sat under the lamp too long. He sent it back and didn’t ask for another. We did get a refund for that and for the doing sauces but all in all the excuses and no accountability taken by our service and the management staff left us with a feeling that we will never return to this location. It’s really fine downhill since Naomi stopped being the GM.
Also, first batch of breadsticks were hard and overcooked. I worked at an olive garden a few years ago. I know the standards and they were not even close.

I have to give a huge thanks to Danika! She hooked us up with a meal for 2. 2 entrees with a salad and 4 breadsticks priced at $30. Not bad. Everything tasted amazing and filled us up good. Danika took the time to talk to my friend over the phone and give us the best deal for 2 people. We didn’t care to use the app so she helped us over the phone personally. She was extremely friendly and helpful. It’s not often you will have someone talk with you personally as oppose to being told to just use the app. She truly cared about helping us get good service and we appreciate her for it. We will definitely order here again in the future.
