Today is March 9th. 2026 I don’t know who is working the drive-thru for the night but they don’t know what they’re doing. The fact that I ordered doordash when my driver got to me. He had no drinks and told me that they didn’t give him no drinks or the caramel Sunday I ordered. Then when I look in the bag the six-piece nugget that I ordered was only four nuggets in there. Plus I was missing a burger. So I got doordash credits and went back to reorder. Just my drinks. I didn’t care about the other stuff but I wanted to drinks and the caramel Sundae for my daughter. My new doordash driver pulls up and I will say the first incident. I blame that completely on the driver because he should have read the receipt and asked questions about where the drinks were. Instead he just grabbed the order and took off. But then I got a new driver to Joe pick up drinks and all you had to do was put three drinks in a caramel sundae in the bag. Hey you know what happened. All I got was the caramel Sundae
I don’t know what it is about paying attention to the orders that you have tickets for, but the lack of y’all paying attention constantly messing up orders from this location and there’s another location I wish I could get my stuff from but I can’t because doordash won’t allow it because they’re the closest to us and every time I order doordash from this restaurant they mess up my order and I’m always missing something. I just want to be able to order my food that I pay for and get the things that I ordered. There’s never any napkins in the bag. There’s never straws in the bag. Nobody on this staff pays attention or maybe it’s just the late night staff.

I wanted to give a 0 start rating but it won’t let me. i have an Alergy to pickles. I made an order with no pickles. The burger had pickles unbeknownst to me. I almost died. I will sue. Don’t go here recommended no one to this horrible place. And no I will not follow a link to whatever ur about to tell me. Good day.

Fire all the employees and get better ones! So unprofessional! They talk so loud to each other while customers stand around waiting to order. Food is sloppily thrown together. Just horrible here! 3 times for me to deal with that. Never coming back! Rather go to the one in Willoughby

Coffee was cheap perfume flavored and made my pregnant girlfriend sick. Waited far too long in the rain for my coffee and one was sweetened and the other was completely black. Had to go inside to get my coffee after being told to wait at the third window. After asking for my coffee the employees had very terrible attitudes. Won’t be coming back.

When I showed up the dining room was spotless most of the employees in the front were busy. I placed my order at the kiosk and Kiyah showed up at the perfect time to help get those last few orders out. She even offered me ketchup for my fries and the food was amazing.

Ordered online mobile order for counter pickup. Waited inside only a couple minutes. No issues. The counter attendant was nice. Food was fine / as expected. Could have just bit a tad bit warmer. I’d go back.

Fifth time I’ve been to this location and every time I’ve had to wait twenty plus minutes for a small order. Currently still sitting here as I write this review waiting for a single breakfast sandwich that was ordered on the app nearly twenty minutes ago. Don’t think I’ll be coming back here any time soon. Either get more staff or better staff.

This was supposed to be a regular iced coffee… It had no ice, no cream, and no liquid sugar in it. When my husband asked for them to put cream and sugar in it, they said that it already had cream and sugar in it.
It seems like a lot of different McDonald’s locations get confused when you order a regular iced coffee. It’s supposed to have liquid sugar and cream in it. But I’ve NEVER had a McDonald’s leave out the ice in an ICED coffee.

I went for breakfast in drive thru and they were busy as hell but for how busy they were my food is CORRECT and warm!! Yes I may have had to sit in line for 10 mins but once I ordered it was a quick thru the line!!
