We stopped in Cheyenne on the way to Mt Rushmore. Our meal was very good. I chose rigatoni with marinara and grilled chicken for $12. What a bargain for us Europeans. We got plenty of salad and garlic bread to start with. We also shared a tiramasu which was divine!
Well worth a visit.

Tonight was a joke and horrible experience from the time we were sat. We waited for about 20-30 minutes and not one server acknowledged us. I had to stop a server to ask who our server was; she didn’t know who our server was and she was ready to leave. I asked her to at least get us water. We got our water and nothing else. About 5 minutes later, a server finally asked if we had been helped yet -mind you we had no drinks, our menus were closed, and I was looking around for any server to acknowledge us. Finally a server said she would assist since no one has been over to help us. After she got our drink order, she met with a hostess and another servers to see what server has our table and none of them knew. Finally got our drink order, the gal bringing the drinks just assumed the women had the wine – wrong and try asking who had what. One of the wine glasses came to our table dirty – fresh lipgloss (gross). I went to the bar area to get this resolved with a clean glass -no acknowledgement, manager helped other patrons and walked away. I wound up going to the entry of kitchen to get some assistance, amazon manager didn’t like being told we needed assistance. Instead of asking what the problem was, trying to correct the situation or deescalate the situation, amazon manager told me to leave her restaurant, didn’t even want me to get my purse from the table. The staff cannot work under stress or work safely as a server tripped on another server’s tray stand because it was in the way. 7 different servers passed our table with no acknowledgement or customer service. Managers need better training. Won’t ever go back to this establishment. Do better and don’t crack when an upset, unserviced customer has complaints. I just want a good meal and this didn’t happen. I don’t know what was up tonight but WOW!!!! Not impressed and sad of the state of the night.

My family and I experienced a lovely lunch here today. I ordered the chicken tortelloni, my daughter had spaghetti with meat sauce and shrimp (she’s 10; ordered it from the make your own pizza on the kids menu and my other half ordered the chicken gnocchi soup. We left with full, happy stomachs! The meals were cooked fresh and very warm when they arrived at the table. The server was a delight to have and really put care into her service. The restaurant was very clean. We see why it’s a popular location!

I’m not normally one to post negative reviews, but this evening was rough. We ordered online at around 6:05 p.m for dinner today 5/11/2025. The app said pick up would be available at 6:45, which is no problem, we drove around and visited a few stores nearby. We got a text at 6:35 saying our pickup order was ready, awesome! We pull up and the place is popping, that explains the longer wait time. This is where it went down hill. We sat in the parking spot waiting until 7:05. At this point we are wondering what’s going on, so we go inside and it is a disaster, people waiting everywhere, staff standing around twittling their thumbs, and one of them seemed more concerned with their hair than what was actually going on around them. We finally get our food around 7:30 and leave. Upon getting home, the food is subpar, bad lettuce in the salads, noodles undercooked and dry shrimp. They didn’t give us the grapes that came with the kids’food, and no silverware. We haven’t really had this problem before, so perhaps it was a one off, but completely unacceptable, especially considering we left a tip on a pickup order (staff was complaining loudly enough for us to hear about non tippers). Here’s to hoping it’s better next time we decide to give it a try.

Food is great, portions are large, atmosphere is quiet enough to hear each other but not too quiet! I had a MINOR order mess-up and they were quick to not only remake my order in less than 15 minutes, but Manager Ricardo even gave me more to make up for the drive! Kindest and fastest service, thank you team!

Our visit was a very good one. The good was tasty as always but Julio was amazing! He kept on checking on us and got us everything we wanted. Not just that , but he was very personable, friendly with a good sense of humor. All visits to all restaurants should be like ours tonight. Thank you Julio!
