Took 20 minutes for drinks, another 20 to order, overall two hours. Ricky helped many other tables but our poor server. She was elderly but a sweetheart. Ricky can do better, talk to your customers and support all of your staff. I also don’t like that the tip amount was incorrect when making suggestions. Even if I split the bill, it should be correct.

Payton didn’t just serve us. He blessed us.
This man pulled up with two literal blocks of cheese like he was about to perform a dairy baptism. I don’t know if he was trying to impress us or single-handedly take down my cholesterol, but either way, I respected it.
His service? Elite. Legendary. Unmatched.
He anticipated our needs like he had cheat codes for customer service. Drinks? Full. Bread? Replenished. Vibes? Immaculate. I swear the table was glowing.
If every restaurant had a Payton, Yelp would run out of stars. Michelin would have to invent a new category. World peace? Achievable.
Payton isn’t a server.
He is an experience.
10/10 — I’d follow this man into battle or at least come back for another cheese avalanche.

Great atmosphere for a chain restaurant. Clean and quiet. Service was good though not amazing. Food is way too bland for my taste. Breads ticks are very plain and the salad over dressed (soaked in Italian dressing). I had the Taste of Italy (Alfredo, lasagna, and chicken parm) and while each was edible, none of them were great. I didnt finish. My wife had the grilled salmon which was cooked very well but again the seasoning was lacking.

Xander was our server and did a fantastic job! He was attentive, quick, and very knowledgeable about the menu. He answered all our questions and checked on us frequently.
Mickey wasn’t our server but also checked on our table often and was very nice. Great service all around, and the food was delicious. Highly recommend!

Went for lunch. Clean restaurant with a nice quiet atmosphere. Service was good but underwhelming; better than most chains. Food was a bit bland. Breadsticks were flavorless, salad was decent (though more dressing than we’d like), Taste of Italy (lasagna, Alfredo, and chicken parm) were all edible but that’s not saying much. Wife had salmon which was cooked very well but seasoning was lacking.

Our server was very kind and took great care of us. This particular Olive Garden felt very clean and had a nice atmosphere in general. I do however feel like Olive Garden has been cutting corners to save money ever since the pandemic. There wasn’t enough dressing on the salad or enough garlic salt on the breadsticks. That being said, I’m so glad they’ve brought back some dishes that haven’t been on the menu for several years!

We had a great experience at Olive Garden! Our server, Payton, was fantastic—very attentive, kind, and genuinely light-hearted the whole time. He made us feel welcome and well taken care of, checking in often without ever being overbearing. The food came out hot and tasted great, but Payton’s service really made the visit stand out. Big thanks to him for making our meal such an enjoyable one!

I asked for extra tomatoes and red urnion for my salad as I always do. No extra. I always git a side of three meatballs, and they have always had plenty of sauce or meat sauce. Very little sauce. Was gonna order a large size of meat sauce, their only option, but it’s $9.49. I ordered the lunch/small portion of sghetti w/two meatballs and a side of mashed taters. I’d been curious bout the mashed taters. A partial side of em was hard. I added butter, heated em up w/some of the sghetti and one meatball. No flavor whatsoever.

The service was trash. The waitress did not bring us bread sticks until we were almost done with our main dinner plates, forgot to bring my daughter the salad she ordered and ignored my wife when she asked for more soup. Her excuse for the bread sticks was there were no more bread sticks in the kitchen but we watched another waitress bring bread sticks to all the tables around us.
