I had the chicken Margherita and my husband has the tour of Italy
The food was delicious and came in a timely manner
Our waiter Frank was a delight very attentive but not overbearing remembered our requests and got them right the first time
And Dina the other service who helped out Frank was so bubbly and they both were just wonderful

The service was good, but the food was very mediocre. I went with my family and not one of the kids ate their pizza from the kids menu. I had the endless soup and salad. I tried the minestrone and the pasta fagioli both were very bland. I did not finish either flavor. One family member also got the chicken Alfredo and said it was also very bland. Not one person enjoyed their meal out of a table of 9. Those are bad odds. The flavor is just lacking in everything here.

We had a very pleasant experience celebrating a friend’s birthday. Our waitress was friendly and very accommodating, the food was delicious and fulfilling, the desserts we sooo good. I had the strawberry cream cake definitely recommend it. The atmosphere was great for conversations.

I remember when Olive Garden was a wonderful place for decent Italian cuisine and friendly staff. Now- crud food, rude staff that treat you like you’re bothering them and way too high prices for the service and food you receive.

The food is always so good, I love Olive Garden! But two of the times I’ve gone some of the servers have attitudes and lack kindness. I ordered the endless pasta and on my FIRST plate I was given, the server asks “are you going to finish all that?”. The other time I went the waitress wasn’t attentive at all, would pass by us multiple times and leave our drinks empty and we waited for our food for a whole hour alone. Some of the waiters need an attitude check, if you have nothing nice to say don’t say anything at all. Don’t like the customers you’re waiting? Ask for someone else to wait them, but I doubt they’d want to give up that tip. Regardless I leave a note at the end of what I did and didn’t like of the service. Usually only have nice things to say but twice I’ve had to note how rude or negligent the servers are. I should’ve noted the last time I went and the male server asked me if I was gonna finish all that. My husband was just looking at him like yea. Bvs who asks that? And what we don’t finish we take to go. Obviously.

Food was good. They were out of something my husband wanted. The only thing he goes for. So he had to eat something he didn’t like. Tea glasses were dirty, tea is gross. I think they poor hot tea over ice. All mixed drink are terrible. The shades near the window I was sitting by were covered in food. The window seal had a collection of bugs and food. My meal was delicious but overall, I can’t pay these outrageous prices and still get dirty items and bad drinks.

I went with a group. Things I liked. I am ok paying from the table on the kiosk. If you oder your appetizers by the kiosk, the kitchen gets it faster. The cost is around 22$ a plate. I did get the salad and soup lunch special 9.95. The first soup was barely warm. The second soup did not have to much actually chicken in it. No one refilled my water.
My teenagers did not like the special lemonade that said it tasted like water. But the waitress replaced with something else.
The bathroom was ok.
Overall, the waitress was kind and very sweet. Maybe I should have asked for more water. But I did push the button to get the server, but she did not come. Also, the table with a lazy Susan did not work. I needed to get up and help pass stuff to others.
