haven’t been here in a while so decided to take my family here, the wait wasn’t bad to get seated, got in pretty quick, first off, our waitress didn’t greet us properly and didn’t give us her name, so that wasn’t welcoming, second when she asked us for our drinks, she got my kids their drinks but forgot my wife’s wine and seemed like she forgot my beer because she claimed the waitress was “busy” when it was actually pretty moderate in the restaurant for a Sunday evening, my food was good but my wife’s seafood Alfredo was decent at best, had no flavor whatsoever, my daughters macaroni looked and tasted like box macaroni, and my sons personal pizza looked and tasted like it came from his school’s cafeteria…just overall wasn’t a good experience at all, tried it after alot of years, more than likely won’t return.

So first of all, if you have to use the to go service, don’t show up on time. I was there 5 minutes before the time they said it would be ready, and I didn’t get my food until 18 minutes after the stated ready time. When I asked the ladies bringing out the food what the hold up with my order was, as they delivered to 11 other vehicles that pulled up after me, they told me to just be patient and they would get to me when it was my turn. The chicken & Gnocchi soup was great, and the remainder of the food was a little cold and was ok.

Even though we were seated upon arrival (to be fair, it was a slow Tuesday afternoon), the restaurant appeared to be kept clean, and the atmosphere was lively, it was hard to overlook how much the table service is lacking in terms of being attentive towards customers. On a brighter note, the food was good, not 5 star worthy and not as good as homemade, but it was still good. The tiramisu I thoroughly enjoyed.

Erynn, our waitress, was great. Super sweet and attentive. Although many of the food runners had their long hair down which was gross. Our particular food runner brought our bowls of food out tucked into her arms, and the tips of her long hair seemed uncomfortably close to the food.

Ok so me, and my husband went here, and I asked if they could make an old-fashioned at the bar. I said if not I will order something else, it wasn’t a big deal at all. They said yes, and this is what they gave me lol I’ll post pictures. I have no clue what was in this, but it was pink, there was chunks of pink fruit, something that felt like plastic, and like a third of an orange floating in it. It was pink, but this drink didn’t taste like fruit, and it wasn’t sweet at all. It honestly just tasted like whiskey with water mixed in it. I totally would have ordered something else if they didn’t know how to make it. Why do this? Plus it ended up being like $9. I wish I would have sent it back, but I felt bad.

Ordered shrimp scampi and it had asphagus in it. I love asphagus but nit in shrimp scampi!!! The meal tasted funny and not like it should. Waitress was slow and I efficient so no complaints were worth noting. What is worth noting is the length of the waitress fingernails. Janelle long nails are back in I get it but seemed to be in your way when serving and grating cheese. As well as hung over our plates you served all of us. Management take note. There is a time and place for glamor, but it grossed our family out!! Most ordered water and instead of waiting for the slow service we could have been provided a pitcher. No bread plates and unlimited salad isn’t when you take the salad bowl and not get asked to get a refill. Just saying.

Our Damage assessment Team was out in West Texas due to the winter weather, and this olive garden was on point the food was awesome they were able to accommodate our group, the waitress was on point and had a great attitude I highly recommend!!!
