I have worked in this area for 20 years. This has been on the lunch rotation for some time. Years ago this store had a reputation, not a good one.
In the past few years things have really turned around to be the best experience in fast food. Not just McDonalds.
The staff is friendly, food correct, fast, with a clean and inviting atmosphere. I hope this post reaches someone in corporate as an example of a world class turnaround.

This review is long overdue. I work nearby in a local community and frequent this location very often. While, most of the staff seems like they get the job done. I feel that Natasha really is the reason I continue to frequent this particular location. I can tell she really manages her time there well. Always service with a smile. We all know that it takes a lot sometimes in customer service, and she handles her job well and with grace. Thanks, Natasha, for being a shining star! And if no one else has told you, I appreciate you being there anytime I stop by!

I’m definitely a repeat offender when it comes to McDonald’s—and it’s the fries that keep pulling me back. Hot, crispy, and perfectly salted, they’re hard to beat. No matter where I am, McDonald’s is consistent, quick, and always satisfying. The service is usually fast, the staff friendly, and when those fries are fresh, they make the whole meal worth it. Every time I get a Grubhub order it’s perfect, when I actually go an order it’s never right. I ask for ketchup and never get it. Do better. They’ve tried sending me without drinks and without most of my order.

I will say Amira, has the best customer service I seen in a while. Very polite and seems to enjoy her interaction with customers! The other staff was nice as well, but Amira stood out!
