Kevin was the best waiter ever!!! Make sure you ask for him!! the food was delicious and tasted so genuine. Our drinks were refilled on time and he came to check on us. We were a party of 10!! & he was so patient. Thank you! we are coming back for sure. The kids meal was 7$ by the way

Came here for my mother’s birthday dinner and I haven’t been to an Olive Garden in YEARS and this was by far some of the most attentive servers/managers i’ve experienced.
My table ordered the endless soup & salad, Tour of Italy, chicken parm, and I ordered the chicken alfredo.
My chicken in the alfredo was decent but the chicken had a squishy/rubbery taste and I mentioned this to the manager (who was checking up on everyone often) and the chef and staff made me a new plate with the chicken cooked well done and gave me no issues about it at all and apologized for the chicken.
Everyone’s attitude about it was SO positive and attentive and they did not make it feel like an inconvenience at all. One of the names of the manager started with an E and the other I think was Ava. The entire staff genuinely seemed to love what they did and care about their customers.
The managers and the serving staff truly made our experience great and we truly enjoyed celebrating my mother’s birthday. Thanks!

We went to Olive Garden last night to celebrate a birthday party. We had a party at 10:00 and it was probably one of the best restaurant experiences we have had in a long time. Our servers were Alex and Bella and they could not have been better. Everything was absolutely outstanding from the food to the service to the friendliness.

I came here to wait while my tire was being worked on at the Discount Tire next door. I just ordered the tuxedo mousse cake. Even though I just ordered cake, the service has been impeccable. The cake was delicious. The music and atmosphere pleasant. The waiter proactively offered to send me on with a to-go tea, and even brought me a few little Andes mints. All of these little things made a stressful experience with a nail in my tire so much more bearable. Will definitely be returning for a meal someday.

The wait time was 30 minutes. I went on a Sunday and it was pretty busy but worth the wait. Our server was friendly and always there when we needed something. I ordered the Soup and Salad which is a classic. My friend ordered the Parmesan Chicken and breaded shrimp. Everything was tasteful and delicious.

Me and my mom went to enjoy a nice dinner. We always share a meal and have always gotten 2 plates. At i10/1604 and Alamo Ranch location we’ve always had great service at those Olive Gardens! Me and my mom wanted to try this location. We shared a meal, our server was a bit disrespectful to us. We asked for an extra plate for the food and she DENIED us a plate. Giving no excuse kept saying she would get in trouble if she gave us an extra plate. She never checked up on after that. Never asked if we needed anything or offered dessert. She only came when the kiosk showed we were paying saying “thanks for coming.” My mom and I had never felt so unwelcome here. We’ll go to i10/1604 or the Alamo Ranch locations instead. We didn’t know it was an inconvenience to ask for an extra plate. Sorry we asked for an extra plate.
Update: Owner/Corporate reached out in timely manner. Was advised this was mistake of server and was given compensation for negative experience received. Review was originally 1 star, 2 star for the rapid response and resolution of event. Thank you and I will continue my traditions at Olive Garden.

After a long day of graduation fun, we came home to enjoy our food. Sadly, the stuffed Chicken Marsala stuffing was burnt.
So as some may do, I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager.
Unfortunately for me, I lost out on a $20 meal because:
1) The day prior I had joined 8 of my daughter’s friends for a surprise graduation party. I ordered a meal to go and PAID CASH.
2) The reason I didn’t get a receipt was because we had been WAITING FOR OUR SERVERS FOR QUITE SOME TIME to collect our cash payments and we HAD to go. So, we stood up and walked to the server to hand her our money.
The manager I spoke to on the phone said I should have gotten a manager at that time. TBH, we were just trying to enjoy ourselves.
The manager said there was nothing he could do because of system limitations. He didn’t even offer to discuss my concerns with the kitchen staff or come back in so he can comp a replacement meal.

This had to be my best visit to Olive Garden ever! Elijah was great, but the real star was Kylee! She stopped by to check in on us and was so patient with my kids and made sure we had everything we needed. We had great small talk and she had the most beautiful smile. Kylee, thank you for going above and beyond and making sure my family and I had a great time! We are looking forward to our next visit.
