Excellent service from start to finish. Britt, the floor manager, was exceptional—very attentive, professional, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Our server, Gunner, was great as well: friendly, prompt, and on point throughout the meal. The food tasted great and the overall experience was excellent. Definitely a visit worth repeating.

This Olive Garden was okay… just look at these cheese sticks!!!! If I wanted breading, I would’ve just ate in my kitchen.. no cheese to two of these cheese sticks out of 6. Pretty sure this was an old order on some. I know I chose to eat out but I haven’t been to Olive Garden in years and now I remember why.

Great customer service…. top tier if you ask me. My husband and I decided to grab a bite to eat… we were greeted upon arrival.. Sat at the table and was acknowledged by our waitress. Managers , front lobby/main floor came to check on everyone… I even asked for a card of the manager…. so I can possibly have a dinner event…

The nice young man tending the bar today was awesome he made me a secret menu tropical margarita!!! Omg it was so good! I normally get the Italian margarita but he suggested to let him surprise me for my birthday drink! Glad I did. He is a great bartender. ❤️

Visited this location for the first time during lunch on a Saturday. The restaurant was clean and atmosphere was nice. The manager stopped by our table to check on us and he was friendly. Our server Camila H. Was very nice and made us feel welcome. She suggested the dipping sauce with the breadsticks and the Alfredo was delicious! I had the lighter portion of the lasagna and it was warm and saucy with a lot of meat. My husband had the chicken and shrimp Carbonara that he really enjoyed. Peach tea and raspberry lemonade was great and we appreciated the to go cups full. We enjoyed the $6.00 meal to go for heat and eat later, it was great! Also a handful of Andes Mints is my favorite! We look forward to coming back!

Sameera was PHENOMENAL!!! I haven’t had a dining out experience that pleasant in a long time!!! She had great recommendations, she was helpful with ordering and had everything out quick and it was fresh and just amazing! We celebrated my daughter’s bday and sameera made sure she felt special and everything went perfectly!!! Will definitely be returning!!!!

Food was delicious. Huge portions and while they were out of pizza or kids ate almost everything they ordered. Our appetizer was the best fried cheese filled pasta I’ve ever had. I ordered the gorgonzala steak Alfredo and my husband had the stuffed chicken marsala. It seemed pricey but we had so many leftovers that it was worth it because we all got 2 meals out of it. Great family dining. I wish I could remember our server’s name because she was fantastic and deserves a raise or promotion. We had a lovely, peaceful and filling experience!

Thank you to the Team at Cypress OG! I had dinner guests coming tonight so we bought soup for 1st course, a half gallon of Toscano and a whole pumpkin cheesecake. Upon arriving at home I noticed 97% of my soup was just broth :/
I called in and asked the Manager if he could re-do the order and I’d bring the other back but Mike insisted he get the soup to me ASAP and hand delivered it to my home within 20 mins! Even gave us a gallon for the inconvenience packed with all the kale, sausage and potatoes loaded up!
Now that’s service! Thank you Mike and Olive Garden for a great customer service experience!
