We went here for our daughters 15th birthday. The service was absolutely five star. Our hostess was very attentive. The restaurant was busy, but we were seated in less than 5 minutes despite the fact that it was full. Restaurant was very clean. Food arrived in a very timely manner. A great experience at one of the better chain restaurants.

So good had the chicken parmesan, of course the salad and chicken gnocchi soup were amazing bread sticks were soft and so hot was very good ended with my favorite Tiramisu. Waitress was so sweet and helpful even though she was very busy we didn’t lack for anything.

We had such a wonderful experience today! Lindsey U was our server, and she truly went above and beyond to make our lunch enjoyable. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, polite, and very attentive. She checked in often to make sure everything was going well and even took the time to ask if I was okay with my son, which I really appreciated,it showed how thoughtful and caring she is toward her guests.
The food itself was absolutely deliciousfresh, flavorful, and served just right. Every dish we ordered tasted amazing, and you could tell a lot of care was put into it. The combination of great service and tasty food made the whole experience so enjoyable and relaxing.

We stopped in for a quick bite to eat while visiting this area and I wanted to leave a review on the manager and waiter who hosted us. Justin was extremely polished, very friendly and hospitable. He kept our drinks full and our table clear as we went through each course. Very attentive and I can tell hosting comes natural to him. He certainly has above average customer service skills and made our dining experience pleasant! I also wanted to take a moment to speak on behalf of the manager, Dana. We were at the restaurant for about an hour and observed her managing her staff and tending to patrons. She multitasked with incredible speed, efficiency and professionalism. She’s probably one of the best managers within the hospitality hub I’ve had the pleasure of engaging with. I know olive garden sometimes has the stereotype of substandard, but this location employs an amazing staff, the restaurant is beautifully kept, and the food was great!

We had an issue and asked to speak with the manager. I believe her title, she said was general manager, and she was very. unprofessional and rude, which was uncalled for. When you are in the service industry, it’s imperative to listen to your customers first before being defensive or handling out accusations. We were there to celebrate a birthday and never imagined a manager of the restaurant not take ownership of anything that occurred. Very poor service in that aspect. The waitstaff seemed new but they were pleasant. We will reach out to the corporate office regarding the attitude and actions of the “general” manager.

A roach came behind they didn’t offer me a refund just a 25$ gift card as compensation instead of a 67$ amount that I payed and the managers point is it’s Houston they have roaches here.
