I had delivery from them it was delicious except they didn’t put the lid on the beans properly so I could not really taste them because they were in the bottom of the bag. I expect they probably were very good. I forgot to mention the jalapeno sausage was amazing I’m sorry I gave this rave review because it was good was not good . I tried the chicken it was very dry the macaroni and cheese the noodles were mush I will never knock this place because if they do good job is great but this was not up to their standards sorry

The lady that took our order was rude. No hi or anything just asked what we wanted. I got the 3 meat plate, brisket, pulled pork, and jalapeño cheddar sausage. I didn’t get asked what sides I wanted, came out with nothing but the meat and yet I was still charged for the full price. Brisket was very bland, dry and no flavor. Pulled pork was bland, and I got the wrong sausage. I usually don’t leave reviews in general but after everything it was just disappointing.

Honestly the atmosphere is really cool in the place although it smelling like smoke the whole time could be something they could work on with better ventilation. When it comes to the service it’s pretty solid could be worse could be better but where I knock the service down a star is the speed of which the food is made. But where I really knocked them down is on their food while it might be pretty decent from my understanding and experience the amount of food you get is horrible compared to the price you pay like their servings are what you would see at say a barbecue that you’re having at your friend’s backyard kind of one scoop of this and a scoop of that nothing at all that would impress me when it comes to serving size. Simply put their prices are okay if the servings were the same but their servings are abysmal hence their pricing is bad

I’m from Florida and I’m used to Bubbalous and 4 Rivers, some smaller ma and pop places but I’ve been pleasantly surprised by their bbq here! It’s the one of the few places that’s consistent and the customer service is good also. I recommend (bc I prefer brisket) burnt ends and if you prefer pork, pulled pork is always juicy and seasoned well. I also love their bakers (baked potatoes loaded with your choice of meat) and desserts. It’s really a solid BBQ place, glad I found it.

Ordered a combo with fries and my fries never came out. When I asked the guy at the counter he told me I didn’t order fries, obviously that was not the case since he asked 10 minutes earlier what I wanted for my side. The pulled pork had no flavor and was dry.

UNFREAKINGBELIVABLBLE!!! $45 IN FOOD and horrible! I ordered the 3 meat plate and when I got home there was a 1/2 ounce of BBQ sauce in a 1 oz container (nowhere near what a 3 meat meal would need), I ordered us extra toast and I swear to you, it wasn’t even toasted, NONE OF THE 4 SLICES, THE TEA TASTED SO OLD WE THREW IT AWAY AND OUR DOG ENJOYED A MEAL!!!

I’ve always loved their food. We recently had them cater some food for our daughters graduation party. Worked out awesome. Give them a call directly vs website ordering you will save money plus lady that takes the orders is super nice. You will have left over food. Leftovers is awesome hahaha. Especially when it’s brisket. If I did this again. I’d buy some more dinner rolls ! 100% recommended

Great food but the owner has the customer service of a rabid Pit Bull. Should have walked out when I saw she was working but I foolishly stayed. She was yelling at her employees the whole time we were in there in front of customers calling them stupid. I cannot believe employees work there. My 14 year old daughter was with me and it was a good teaching moment. I told her that she should never walk out of a job but if her boss ever treats her that way she should. I don’t care if the owner is male or female you should never treat your employees or customers that way. Last night the app was not working for the online only specials. Was rude to me when the app was not working took my phone and threw it down on the counter but eventually got it to work. Funny, she was having the same issue I was. The food would be 5 stars the owner deserves a 1 and that is how I landed on 3.
