I didn’t want to come on here being a Karen, I’ve worked in food service for over three years and I can sympathize most of the time. This time I can’t do that. Server was so uninterested the entire time, if you’re having a bad day I get it. But that’s being a server you have to put on a fake smile, she wasn’t rude but she didn’t show she cared about giving good service. That wasn’t the biggest issue. The biggest issue is that I asked to trade the chicken out for steak on the fettuccine Alfredo and was charged $10 extra dollars for it (She never told me there would be a difference.) I didn’t find out that it was a difference until I was paying.
1- the chicken Alfredo is $21 dollars, if you trade the chicken for steak it should be the same price maybe a small difference
2-the steak Gorgonzola right under it is 21 dollars with added blue cheese and other stuff etc, charge me for that and just take off the extra stuff.
It’s that easy, there were better ways to charge me. But no, she didn’t even tell me about a difference, and when I asked about it she said she’d talk to the manager which she came back and said they wouldn’t change it.
I would have been more honest and fought my way through it, but I didn’t want to come off as a Karen. It’s just ridiculous, why are we ripping people off?

True was absolutely fantastic! He was so attentive, and held great conversation. He was so sweet and funny. If I could have him every time we came here, I would love it. He made this trip so memorable! He was the greatest server I’ve ever had even comparing to any other restaurant. Loved him!

While they are a little pricey, you get quite a bit more food compared to other, similarly priced restaurants. We went kind of late, so there weren’t a ton of people inside. Our waitress was really polite, and made sure our cups stayed full. She checked on us often and was very attentive to our needs. The food was pretty good. I ordered the trio, I think it’s called tour of Italy, and everything was delicious. I usually order a kids fettuccine because you really do get so much food. We had a positive experience dining in and will be returning.

As usual the food and service is terrific here. Waitress(s)/Waiters always have good attitudes and are friendly.

However… with any Olive Garden restaurant you always have to remind them about the mints since you pay at the table. Good food and atmosphere!

The tables were nicely cleaned. And we just had to have the delicious lasagna chocolate cake. It was YUMMY! Had a big salad and the Classico lasagna was mouth watering. Oh and the mozzarella sticks did not fall apart. Everything was 100. Even the waitress was so sweet.

Kayla is an awesome waitress, it was my husband’s birthday and he had just gotten back from the field and was craving pasta. This was our first time at this location, lot of seating and wasn’t crowded at all, which was surprising since we went on a Sunday afternoon after church.
Ordered a trio sampler for appetizer, stuffed mushrooms and fried mozzarella were delicious but we didn’t like the pasta chips much, so she charged us for a double appetizer instead. Our drinks were always filled and we didn’t wait long on food, she even comped my husband a birthday dessert which she put a candle on and sang to my husband with us. Oh, and the dessert was delicious The place was very clean and hostesses did a great job of making sure the crowd flowed freely throughout the restaurant. My husband enjoyed his birthday lunch, we enjoyed our food and look forward to our next olive garden outing:) thanks alot Kayla!

Came to celebrate my friend and my birthday and Faith went above and beyond to make us feel special. Even though the restaurant was incredibly busy she was always there to check in with us. Salad, bread sticks and fettuccine Alfredo were hot, fresh and delicious.

Solid. Olive Garden has increased all their prices… again… but for Italian restaurant fare they’re still tops for commonplace fare. Also excellent soup and salad, but unfortunately they’re overcooking their famous bread more often than not nowadays. Used to be hot buttery and soft but crunchy, but nowadays its tough, dry, and neither buttery nor hot enough.
