We had a wonderful dinner at Olive Garden with our family, which included four adults and three small children. From the moment we arrived, the restaurant accommodated our every need and made us feel very welcome. We were seated at an amazing large table in a separate room, which was absolutely perfect for our group and made the experience even more special and comfortable.
The food was incredible, with generous and plentiful portions that everyone enjoyed. Our server, Ciderius Pilot, was absolutely awesome—attentive, friendly, and fantastic with the kids. We were so pleased with our visit that I even took the time to speak with the manager to let them know what a great experience we had. We will definitely be back!

Great place with amazing staff! Always have fantastic service when we visit. Came in today for Veterans Day and they offer a great menu for a free meal to all Vets. Always support businesses that offer deals like these to our Nation’s Vets. Chicken Parm is delicious as always!

Olive Garden Italian Restaurant in Lufkin, Texas was a great place to eat. We went on a Thursday evening and it was not to busy and the staff was fantastic, very helpful with any questions we had about the menu. My wife had the Italian Margarita made with Jose Cuervo Especial Silver tequila, triple sec, and topped with amaretto, a sweet Italian liqueur. She really enjoyed it. We had an order of calamari which was cooked perfectly, we had the seafood alfredo and the cheese ravioli with meat sauce and a salad and of course the bread sticks which were delicious. Our first time going to Olive Garden and we can not wait to go again!

I visited this location with a friend. The service was great, our waitress was very professional and attentive. The 1 star review is due to both of us getting food poisoning. The second we stepped out of the restaurant, we both had severe stomach pain and diarrhea all night into the next day. What’s interesting to me is that I was walking out of the restaurant, I overheard someone who was also walking out complaining about stomach pain. This restaurant needs to ensure they are following food safety precautions to avoid this from happening again. On this visit my friend had a chicken parm and I had spaghetti with meatballs. We both chose the smaller portions. We both drank peach ballinis*. I will not be returning to this location.

Had lunch here this afternoon and had a great experience. Our server was amazing. Very cordial and attentive. I had the Spaghetti and Sausage with meat sauce and it was fantastic. And… The cleanest men’s room I have seen in a while. Just sayin! 2 thumbs way way up.

Pro tip:when you go in ask to sit anywhere but in Heather’s section. I don’t think customer service was anywhere on her resume. Her crap attitude spoiled the meal. Food was good but took forever to come out and if you wanted a refill good luck. I could have driven to Houston filled up my cup and come back before Heather asked if you needed one. Honestly the whole vibe in there was bad from management to server. Hey corporate!! May be time for a revamp cause this visit sucked.

Got chick parm. Food & service was OG average. I have had bigger chicken cutlet breasts at other OGs, however.. They brought out a nicely stuffed salad bowl, though. I’d come back to this location.

Are waitress only checked on this three times only brought me one drink we had to wait 20 minutes for it to go box and ask three people and one was a manager and they did not bring us a box. They only refilled my drink once and it was the wrong drink and there was no ice and she said she was going to bring me some and then went to another table. We never have a problem with the food but most of the time when we go the service is lacking. Also a bunch of the staff was in another area having a party of some sort and didn’t even pay attention to the clients that they had in the restaurant

I have always loved Olive Garden. Lufkin’s is great. Waitstaff are always friendly and frequently check on you. Prices are reasonable for tasty food. I love their drinks and desserts too.
