Tried a few items at Olive Garden and overall had a good experience. The Shrimp Misto was nicely crispy and not too greasy—great as an appetizer, especially with the dipping sauce. The Spinach Artichoke Dip was creamy, cheesy, and served hot, perfect for sharing but the dip was less in quantity. For the entrées, the Alfredo pasta was rich and creamy, though a bit heavy after a few bites.

Our waitress (YENIFER) was exceptional! We recently visited and ordered the popular Unlimited Pasta and Salad. The spaghetti and meat sauce was delicious. Yennifer is extremely kind, considerate and routinely checked on us. The entire staff was very friendly. Our first visit to Olive Garden in Irving and I’ll definitely be back.

Today I cannot rate the dine-in service because I ordered online for pick up.
But the pick-up service was bad due to what I believe the manager was rushing to get rid of me,

Normally, I order seafood Alfredo but today I wanted soup and salad for myself and a pasta dish for my co-worker.
As you can see in the picture, they forgot to put beans and meat in my soup, giving me a bowl of old veggie broth, so basically l had for lunch old veggies steamed in water.
I also received one order of bread sticks which of course I let my co-worker have.
I normally do not make time for lunch, but when i do I expect something better than this, specifically if I’m paying for the service and the food.
I do not recommend this location of 183 in Irving, or the Grand Prarie of 360 location.
Both places are just getting worst with the customer service and food.

I went to Olive Garden recently and overall it was a pretty good experience. I was greeted quickly and seated without a long wait, which I really appreciated. The atmosphere felt warm and comfortable, and it was a nice place to sit down and actually enjoy a meal.
I started with the salad and breadsticks, and honestly, they never disappoint. The breadsticks were soft, warm, and fresh, and the salad was crisp with plenty of dressing. For my main meal, I ordered pasta, and the portion size was big enough that I had leftovers. The flavor was good, but I will say the food wasn’t anything super special or “authentic,” just classic comfort food.
My server was friendly and checked on me often. Overall, I left full and satisfied.

Love coming to Olive Garden!!I never have to wait for service and food always comes out fresh and fast! Every server has treated me awesome and always there asking if I need anything. Only issue i had was that, olive garden has a lot of Hispanics so it’s not your typical Olive Garden it’s always loud and kids running around and ipads full blast but other than that it was delicious

I am utterly horrified and hungry. I spent nearly 5$ on the regular Alfredo dipping sauce and my employee spent 7$ on the large and this is what we get. Mind you, I’ve ordered this before and the larger container is what I got for the regular and the large is nearly half of that. FOR FURTHER CONTEXT… the large comes with 8 breadsticks, the regular comes with FOUR. The math ain’t mathin’. Furthermore, you file a complaint through the site to get nothing but “we will get back to you” as an open ended load of . Now I have a load of dry breadsticks and no lunch. This is one of my favorite spots near by home. The food is delicious and hits the spot when hungry. The service is always good and fast. They check up on you and know how to make sure your treated well there. Great date or friend spot to hangout! The place is cute and looks like your typical Olive Garden place as usual but alittle smaller. Will be back again 🙂 highly recommend if your in the area and want something more comfortable and private

I came in to the restaurant today with my parents, when the server came to us she didn’t even said hi. She came out rude and uninterested on our needs. She knew my parents didn’t speak English and she knew some Spanish, even tho she kept speaking English to them knowing that they didn’t understand at all. Later on, when she brought our food, she didn’t even asked for the cheese that they always ask to add, my mom asked and she ignored her until she asked again, when she was putting the cheese she did a WHOLE MESS, she even poured the cheese on our clothes, (pants and shirts) not mentioning the seats and the whole table covered with cheese. The broccoli on my mom’s plate was soggy and when she mentioned to the server she was kinda bothered and even heard how she told something to her coworker about how she didn’t like it. She never asked for any refills, and couldn’t even say thank you or you’re welcome. I feel like your servers can be way nicer because this is not the first time. The managers were really nice and provided a great service.

Our waitress yeniffer was amazing! She was on top of it and was incredibly polite and attentive. When leaving the restaurant we hadn’t gotten the signature chocolates and one of the managers when asking for more very rudely ignored us and made a snarky comment. Such a shame that amazing waiters have to work with such uncharming people.
