This was our first time going to this particular Olive Garden. The service was phenomenal. Store was clean and well-kept. The food was awesome I had the pasta fagioli and my wife had the chicken gnocchi with salad and bread sticks. Both soups were served hot the bread was warm and salad tasted fresh. We ended up buying one of their parmesan cheese graters. Looking forward to trying it in the next couple days. Highly recommend this restaurant everybody was just really friendly and it was clean and the food was great. As you can tell from my photos I forgot to take a picture before I ate and once I started eating I couldn’t stop till it was gone LOL

Due to recent opening inexperienced personnel is too distracted, disoriented and super busy for nothing I’ve leave 4 star. I’ve ordered never ending soup and salad. Best choice! But they were not in hurry to ask me about repeating. Saw some trainers but they were disoriented too.

Ok , our experience was not good . We were the 5th couple upon opening at 11 a.m. We were seated and got our drinks relatively quickly . Ordered our Appetizer and our meal , part of the meal came quickly , Appetizer came approx. 20 mins after the meal was brought . No bread was brought out to start with , nor salad that was Ordered . We asked numerous times about why we aren’t getting any bread with our meal ? The reply was the same each time , it’s coming . But other people all around us were getting bread and Appetizers delivered and they had come in much later than us. We had to ask for EVERYTHING from drinks , to napkins , to Appetizer , etc.. Very nice and clean environment , food was good once we finally got it , but the Service was horrible . The Manager even came by and we ask about not getting bread , etc. and she apologized but we still had to wait before we finally got breadsticks . Our meal was half gone when we recieved our Appetizer , meal was almost gone when we finally got some breadsticks..The absolute worst service we have ever got anywhere . Then the Waitress seemed to be frustrated that I didn’t leave my suggested Tip of 25% , or 20% , or even 10% . I left a 5% Tip , only because I felt guilty . She absolutely deserved no Tip for making us wait on everything , made us ask for drink refills , etc. Will probably skip Olive Garden in the future and go to our favorite , Pasta Grill or Venezia’s . I would give 0 Stars on the Review but it wouldn’t let me give less than 1 Star .

Do not waste your time or money to go here!
We were seated within 5 minutes but it took 15 minutes before we had a server.
Order an appetizer which was delivered 29 minutes later and Cold!
Salad was nothing but white cores from iceberg lettuce, wilted and warm, arrived 15 minutes later! No salad plates until 5 minutes later!
Little to no dressing! Bread sticks finally came after salad!!
The main course came cold and steak tips were Raw!!
Management finally came because I got up and went and found him in the Back!!
He offered to cancel the bill and gave us lasagna to go within 10 minutes. We got home and warmed it up!
Dry and you can tell they aren’t Cooking anything there!!
Frozen and then microwaved!
We Will Never be back!!
Go to local Italian Restaurants!!

So me and my partner came here for date night and I order my usual (chicken soup with Alfredo sauce for bread sticks) and at (FOOD POISONING) first the waiter was with us immediately but then after our drinks came out she was barely even there, my partner never got another refill but oh well I moved on from that but my main issue is that I woke up at 5 am this morning with food poisoning. I used to love Olive Garden but I don’t think I’m coming back after this.

We love Olive Garden! When we lived in the NorthWest we would travel 2 hours to eat at the Olive Garden in CDA Idaho.
We moved here 3 year’s ago and are so excited to have one here in Russellville.
What is so unique about Olive Garden is you can always expect the same quality of food, and great service!!
Our server Halle was ready with a beautiful smile to help us order.
We already new what we were going to order. We always get the Stuffed Chicken Marsala with angel hair noodles instead of potatoes.

Wait to be seated. They do serve alcohol, considering Russellville is in a dry county. New, clean, family friendly restaurant with spacious seating. Today’s music was playing in background. Dinner prices started around $17 and went up to about $25 for entrees.
Server was wonderful, don’t forget to tip! You can pay with a touch pad that is already at your table.

Very inviting staff. Decor is great. Despite how busy it was, the waiter came around to get us plenty of salad and breadsticks. Food came pretty fast. Fantastic food. One of the nicest Olive Gardens I’ve been to.
