Sophia was a great server. the food, the drinks, everything was amazing. She was attentive and so were the other servers when she got busy. She always came right back. She was patient and all around a 10/10 server. The food was outstanding. Hats off to the chefs. I, as well as my family, will be returning. Thank you OG & staff.

I was disappointed in this Olive Garden in Papillion. We don’t go out to eat as a family often because it’s expensive, but when we do, we certainly want to enjoy the experience. Initially everything was fine but as the meal progressed, the waitress would stand in one corner of the table and pass all food and drinks at that corner, instead of handing things individually to each person around the table. I was surprised because we have kids, and they can’t always grab a plate or drink on their own. As we neared the end of the meal, it was clear the waitress wanted us to finish up as fast as possible because her shift was ending, even though the restaurant was still open for another hour and a half. When she brought me the boxes and bags for our leftovers, she literally tossed them to me. We had wanted to order dessert, but we decided not to because the server was in such a rush, and I did not feel comfortable. Very disappointed, I’ve always liked Olive Garden. I will not take my family to Olive Garden in Papillion again!

Server Elly P was amazing. Kind, caring and gave a great reccomendation of the Warm Italian Donuts. They were delicious! I never got their name, but the Hostess with the green hair was such a sweet and nice person and set the mood for the rest of our experience there that was continued by Elly. Will definitely be coming back! Best and only Olive Garden for us going foward!

First time dining in and it was a 10/10! I’d say this restaurant gives very high quality food and service for a surprisingly affordable price. We like to guess the bill amount at the end and it was way lower than we thought. Our server Sophia was amazing!

We ordered spinach artichoke dip, chicken & gnocchi soup, bread sticks, chicken parmigiana, stuffed chicken marsala, and 2 of the $6 to go meals (five cheese ziti & spaghetti w/meat sauce). Everything was served fast, delicious, and good portion size. The only thing I didn’t care for was the soup. I believe it was my tastebuds not how it was prepared. Our waitress was excellent. The take home portions were good, easy instructions, and definitely worth $6. I have been to other Olive Gardens in the surrounding areas & this was the best overall experience out of all of them.

We ordered the larger portion food options on the menu for a company party and it was a great experience. The ladies brought the bags to my car promptly. The order was correct with all of the food, breadsticks, silverware and plates as promised. We enjoyed the meal and will order again for this type of event!

I normally don’t rate chains, but we have been to this Olive Garden a few times and every single time they have knocked it out of the park! The place was pretty full when we got there on a Saturday around 445 we were seated and eating within 20 minutes! Our server Aamie was on it! She had a great attitude she was very attentive efficient and checked back on us frequently! Plus the food was really good. I’m fairly particular when it comes to my food number one it has to be hot and our food was very hot. We shared a fried shrimp and onion dish that was delicious very well prepared and came out extremely fast. My wife and I tend to get different meals and then share with each other. I had chicken Parmesan and it was on par with some of the best chicken Parmesan I’ve had. Nancy had arugula and it was delicious it was baked with pepperoni sausage and I believe ham. There was more than plenty food and everything was fresh and served with a smile.

Oh Olive Garden never disappoints! Since it’s a newly opened store, we imagined long waits. But the wait was well worth it. AMAZING service, fresh hot food and yes it was busy but it was clean and organized. Recommend to anyone!

Good experience! Food was great per usual. I just wish the prices weren’t so high…$90 for my husband and and I to eat. 1 appetizer, (Calamari, pictured). 2 main entrees (Tour of Italy and Shrimp Scampi). 2 drinks which were $5 each. Server was nice and made sure that we were satisfied.

I would like to say that Olive Garden flavor was on point though only part that was spot on was the customer service. No reason to be skimpy on the seasoning because that is what enhances the flavor for the dish. Not sure if we will be back. Also this is an honest review because if it sucked I would have said so and if it was a tastebud explosion, I would have noted that also. I will go back to my original Italian restaurants; Luigi’s or Roma’s in Bellevue.
