The manager was really nice and so we’re the employees BUT the food was terribleeeeeeeee!! I flew in from Florida and needed food for the week so I ordered the 12pc , just chicken with a large water which totaled $30 . The overall presentation of the chicken was horrible , the batter was falling off and by the time I got back to my hotel all the chicken was stuck together . I think the employees were tired and ready to go home but that shouldn’t reflect on the food .

My food was 24 dollars and that’s good I ordered it online and when I went to go pick it up the workers let some other lady take all the food so I had to go out to her car and get my food back they wouldn’t remake my order when technically it’s their fault because they wasn’t making sure she had the right order and just let her take the food I paid for this was the worst service I’ve ever experienced

Three cars in line and it takes 20 minutes to take an order. By far the slowest KFC I have been to. Don’t waste time and go to the KFC in Indian Trail about 10 minutes down the road.

Picked up food a little after 9:00 when we got home my wife’s four-piece was completely burned that’s straight up lazy we’ll never go there again mind you there wasn’t anyone else there and nobody in the Drive-Thru but still got four pieces of burnt chicken I doubt they’ll be feedback from them I can tell by the food that he gave us they just don’t care

Received my order through Door Dash. The driver took 12 minutes from KFC so pretty quick and no issue. When we opened the containers we were greeted by chicken that had sat so long it was cold to the touch, grease on the skin was sticky, bones sticking through (meat shrank) and tore open a breast to find hard dry meat. The entire order smelled of rot. Threw it out as I believe it was unsafe to eat. The dog would not touch the mashed potatoes. Not a joke he snubbed them and pushed the container away.Picture of dried out chicken breast attached. Will not ever order from this location or likely any other KFC again. This was not the first order that looked like this from a KFC. The management and staff should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this to leave their restaurant.

Sandwich was messy, overly covered and slathered with mayo causing the bread to be a mess. The manager on duty said there was nothing she could do but tell the kitchen to next time to go lighter on the mayo. Offered no refund or to remake it. Not the best customer service experience at all.

every time i come here at night no matter if its 10:00 on the dot or 9:00 they always say they don’t have chicken . the night shift is very lazy they act like they finna close 2 hours before their closing time it’s makes very upset . then give old chicken if you order at night time

I am truly surprised this location has a 3.8 rating. I would have thought it would have been a lot lower!! It never fails that every time I go to this location, my food is NEVER correct. I can even look at them standing there and ask if my food is correct and they will tell me they checked it and sure enough it’s still wrong. I usually don’t write a bad review on someone but this location is just awful and the staff are all in all very rude when you joint out something is wrong. They got my order wrong a few days ago and charged me 30 bucks for 8 chicken strips. I was floored when I got to the window and the girl could not understand that I only wanted 8 chicken strips and not the family meal. I then told her to cancel my order and I would just keep my 3 piece meal which was 12,00. I had already given her 30 dollars and she looked at me and said that will be 12.00 and some change. I looked at her and told her she still had my 30 bucks and to just take it out of that and she literally looked at me and said that I would have to pay the 12.00 before I could have my food. I continued to tell her she already had my 30 bucks. She finally called her manager over and told the manager that they needed to deal with this because she was not going to continue to deal with a man who did not understand simple math! I almost fell out!! Needless to say, if you want a good experience, try to avoid this location because they simply do not know how to deal with customers or situations very well and their drive through orders are wrong every single time I have gone through there.
